Summary: I had an ENV3 for like 3 years, but it finally went bad and I had to replace it. I couldn't buy the same phone though because then Verizon would charge me data on my plan for that phone, so I had to find one that was similar, but wouldn't require data. This phone is great - not quite the ENV3, but very nice, and does have some better aspects than the ENV3, but the keyboard is a little smaller on this one, so that's a downfall. It is a great phone though!
Summary: This is not a smartphone, let's make that clear. But it doesn't market as one, and it is fine as it is! I am a user with no data so I don't use the mobile browser, but it can handle rigorous use and lots of texting, and its music player is decent for a non music phone. the tough screen isnt that hard to adjust to, and I love the customization! Overall, this phone is fantastic for me, and I like it!
Summary: Phone is exactly as expected. Works great, graphics great. I was concerned about how difficult it would be to activate with Verizon. Glad to say it was super easy to simply remove the phone from the box, call Vz and provide the "meid" number from the box. They did the rest. It was a 5 minute phone call. Saved us a huge amount of money since getting the device through Vz would have been $200+ as well as the pressure to upgrade, get features and insurance we don't need.
Summary: I bought the phone refurbished and it looks brand new. It replaced my wife's old work phone that was call/text only. I was able to activate it on Verizon call/text(only) plan using their website. The phone ran one update and functioning as you would expect a basic phone to function. Did notice the speaker phone worked exceptionally well. In-call volume was also good.
Summary: Well so far so good - got it from Everything Authentic and when they say "like new" they mean it! I mean I would have thought it WAS new! Just one big tip if you are considering this phone - it may be a quirk with the phone but when you first get it, go ahead and charge the battery til it's full but for some reason you will not be able to "power on" the phone! Don't panic. Remove the battery, plug in the phone to a wall outlet, then you can power it on.
Summary: this is my second phone like this one, I bought the original from the actual Verizon store and loved it! My contract wasn't up and the original phone was broken, called Verizon and to replace it I would have had to pay $180. Found this one brand new in the package at a steal of a price! Very pleased with this purchase! The only difference between my original phone and this one was instead of all metal around th frame of it, it was plastic. No biggie!
