Calls&texts, better than nothing... but still not a good phone at all... save yourself the trouble and don't buy it.

Summary: I got this phone almost 2 years ago after accidentally breaking my previous phone (Samsung Intensity II). It was a bit of a step up from it. I liked that it had a touch screen (though it's pressure sensitive, not "touch" like an iPhone) and could record video, unlike my previous phone. However, I've come to REALLY dislike this phone. The touch screen us unresponsive a lot of times.
Pros: Can record video (unlike my previous phone), has widgets, notepad, battery life
Cons: Keyboard, camera, touchscreen, text message viewing
Summary: I love this type of phone, but there were some problems with it. All the equipment sent with it was fine, but unfortunately the phone's speaker was not fine. The only way I can call someone or receive calls is with headphones plugged into the headphone jack. I'll be getting a new phone within the next couple months, but this phone works for now. It's just a hassle.
Summary: If you are looking for a simple phone for a child, elder, or someone who just wants a simple phone, then this phone MAY work, though there are definitely better options out there that are as cheap. The keyboard isn't that good, and the touch screen is essentially useless. The camera is also really bad compared to a lot of other non-smartphones. It will also turn on by itself if in a pocket, and will also activate "voice control" by itself as well.
Summary: I received the phone and all appeared to be well, but then I couldn't keep more than a few pics, go online, etc. I called VERIZON who took me to a code in the phone, asked me where I'd purchased it and explained that the Extraverts software had been updated as there was a problem w/the memory on the former versions ....then told me have to go to a Verizon or Bestbuy to have the newest software updated.
Summary: I was looking for a basic MP3 player and phone. I currently own a Samsung Juke that I love. I got the phone because of the memory capacity and touch screen for scrolling through songs. The touch screen misses half my finger presses and won't even get through the touch calibration function most of the time. However, it always produces the click sound even when it ignores the finger press. That leads one to believe that it worked, when it didn't.
Summary: For the most part, I have really liked this phone for the 1 1/2 weeks I've had it. I like the customization of the screen, and calls have been very clear. I like having Facebook link built in. The battery is so-so. However, the deal breaker for me is the difficulty keeping the phone paired with my car's Bluetooth.
