Any phone that lets me pay less money to Verizon is a winner in my book.

Summary: I like "dumb phones". I rarely need the features that are built into modern smart phones. The LG Extravert does not require a data plan and although Verizon would love to extract even more money and further obligation from myself, it's not happening. We are currently coming into a market of intense competition among the few service providers available and with the growth of sim card only phone companies, can look forward to less expensive calling plans.
Summary: I've had mine for about 2 years, it was great the first year and then the problems started. It would randomly power itself off even after being on charge the night before. The screen has its own problems, touch the send button or replying to a text and it often wouldn't work requiring 7 or more tries to get it to respond.
Summary: With it's often completely unresponsive touch screen and slow, cumbersome interface, every time i use this phone, i can't help but think the designer shouldn't have bothered. Using even the most basic functions is an exercise in frustration. Attempting to press one touch-screen button often means inadvertently pressing the one next to it (i.e. hitting "Send Message" ends up placing a call, etc).
Best non-smartphone with a touch screen. Poor Camera.

Summary: Long battery life. Very intuitive. Easy texting. This box wants a longer review, so I'll tell you that the camera really sux. If you want a fuzzy "110" style snapshot, it will do. So don't by this for the really poor quality camera. I hate the camera. Hate it. But the rest of the phone is pretty cool. Get a week or two out of the battery as a business cell phone.
Summary: I bought this product to replace an older phone that was not functioning as well as it had been. I like the size, the ease of using the keypad. It's got so many features that I've not taken time to learn. Overall, a very good value. This phone was a good price compared to others for condition and style. It included battery and recharge cord. I had to purchase separately the Sim card, which made the cost a bit more than I'd wanted.
Summary: This phone is a replacement for the same model that I damaged the screen on. It is my third of the same phone. I love it because I don't have to have Internet service but can send and receive texts and use it as a just a phone. the sliding full qwerty keyboard prevents accidental calls and makes dialing and texting easy. Until it is no longer available, I will continue to use this phone.
