Summary: I cannot truthfully rate the phone. Verizon would not allow me to activate the phone on any basic plan. I had attempted to activate on the thirty dollar unlimited talk and text but Verizon said I would have to use a forty five dollar plan.

Summary: great phone, but mine was defective- both screens had issues - the seller promptly offered a replacement but I had already ordered a refurbished phone figuring that having it checked out was important.
Summary: Bought it expecting a used phone because they dont make this phone any more and got a new one.works excellent and my wife really enjoys it. She had a phone like this for about 4 years and was excited to be able to get another one

Summary: I had an enV3 back in the day - have tried (seriously) like 5-6 other querty phones since I spilled soup on mine and I have gone back to the enV3 for good. If you have to have a smart phone obviously this phone is not for you! And it has NO touch screen features - YAY!!
Summary: Exactly what I wanted, a great phone for calls and texts for family use! This is a great phone. I bought this one after my old LG NV3 was dropped and broken. I love this for texting teenagers! A great way to make sure the kids don't run up a big data bill.
