Summary: This phone was a major disaster for me (and apparently many others) I got it in 2009 (the first unit) and it broke with in a MONTH. Who's phone lost it's front screen (screen white, and no keypad functionality, ME!) the second phone was mailed to us with a broken flip mechanism.
Summary: I have had 2 of these phones. both times, I fell in love with the design and keyboard. HOWEVER, the speakers failed on both phones, making it only possible to talk on the phone using speaker. I took good care of both phones and they basically stopped working right after a few weeks each time.
Summary: I had 2 of these phones orginally from Verizon. We even wrote and asked did it work on the VZ network. It only worked in our area. Wouldn't call or text when traveling outside the area. However the seller was very nice in returning and refunding money.

Summary: A cell phone a personal preference item. I wouldn't buy this again. Probably I'd avoid any phone with an exposed keyboard from now on. There is an annoying lock button that you have to keep pushing when you are using the phone, but my pocket has no trouble pushing it.
Summary: I got this phone for my mother, hoping having a real keypad would make it easier for her to learn to text. Well, the letters and numbers are so tiny she can hardly use them, the phone locks up on her constantly so she is constantly calling or goig to the Verizon phone.
Summary: I have had the LG enV3 in the past and enjoyed owning it for 2 years several years ago. So, when my daughter needed a basic phone, I got her this same one. Unfortunately after just 3 months, the ability to hear or be heard - I guess it's the speakers? quit.
Summary: This was a hassle. I purchased the phone and the one I was sent was a piece of crap. Then I was offered to have a replacement. It is an ok phone. It definitely isn't what I was hoping for as a replacement of my old phone. Both phones had been damaged by water.
I love the phone, but it has no battery life of which to speak

Summary: My old Verizon phone broke, so I purchased this one to tide me over until I can upgrade. I prefer phones with actual keyboards to touch-screens, possibly because of my large fingers that tend to push multiple on-screen buttons on touch-screens. The phone works well, and I am enjoying it.
