Fine for texting non-smartphones and for receiving speakerphone calls.

  • Summary: The phone had quite a few issues that cropped up immediately, I am unable to view pictures because the phone claims I need to "Write script!", and the flash content is "not found".

Not worth it

LD, Amazon
21 December 2014
  • Summary: I have had 2 of these phones. both times, I fell in love with the design and keyboard. HOWEVER, the speakers failed on both phones, making it only possible to talk on the phone using speaker. I took good care of both phones and they basically stopped working right after a few weeks each time.

  • Summary: I had 2 of these phones orginally from Verizon. We even wrote and asked did it work on the VZ network. It only worked in our area. Wouldn't call or text when traveling outside the area. However the seller was very nice in returning and refunding money.

  • Summary: A cell phone a personal preference item. I wouldn't buy this again. Probably I'd avoid any phone with an exposed keyboard from now on. There is an annoying lock button that you have to keep pushing when you are using the phone, but my pocket has no trouble pushing it.

lousy phone

  • Summary: I got this phone for my mother, hoping having a real keypad would make it easier for her to learn to text. Well, the letters and numbers are so tiny she can hardly use them, the phone locks up on her constantly so she is constantly calling or goig to the Verizon phone.

Still trying to be able to activate w/o a data package.....

  • Summary: I might have given this phone 5 stars if I had been able to use it yet. I had wanted it when it was in the Verizon stores a few years back but did not jump on it then. I think it has nice features & was happy to see it for sale here & that it was a new phone.

  • Summary: I have had the LG enV3 in the past and enjoyed owning it for 2 years several years ago. So, when my daughter needed a basic phone, I got her this same one. Unfortunately after just 3 months, the ability to hear or be heard - I guess it's the speakers? quit.

Wouldn't do again.

Jessica, Amazon

  • Summary: This was a hassle. I purchased the phone and the one I was sent was a piece of crap. Then I was offered to have a replacement. It is an ok phone. It definitely isn't what I was hoping for as a replacement of my old phone. Both phones had been damaged by water.
