Summary: I wanted a phone that was easy to use, and did not have internet access. This phone fit the bill perfectly. It does have the the capability for internet but was not "loaded" or whatever it is termed. I can call, text and take pictures, that is all I want. This phone is perfect, has a keyboard and a touch screen. I love it.
Summary: So far I love this phone! Summary: so far....so good. My grandson loves it and his father (my son) liked it so well that he had me order him one. All the great features of the Envy3 but with a touch screen. We love the Envy3 and this works just as well. We like just the basic phones and they are hard to come by. Had I not just bought 2 really nice covers for my envy3 I would get the touch for myself. Easy to use and works great. Hope it stays that way.
Summary: Having 4 smartphones on 1 wireless cellphone account was costing me more than a new car payment. Did I really NEED a data plan? No. Was it nice to have? Sure. I pulled out one of my old basic phones and re-activated it. I found that I did not miss my data plan at all. I mostly talk and text and was paying $350+ each year for the convenience of checking social media in the grocery store a couple of times each month.
