Summary: No contract, no data plan! Yes! I just wanted a phone to text message with. I love the qwerty board! And there is a flash on the camera! I love this phone much more than my old one. However, the phone tends to restart, and pocket dial.
Excerpt: I have used this phone for quite some time now and it is a great phone. I actually got it as a hand me down from my sister when my phone broke. It works great. It has a touch screen on the outside and a qwerty keyboard that flips open on the inside, so you can use either. The touchscreen works well and I don't have any problems with it not working. Voice quality seems to be great both on my end and on the end of the person I am talking to.
Summary: So far, I love this phone! The touch screen is not quite as sensitive as an ipad, and the ear plug seems iffy (might be the earphones I bought), and the speaker is not loud enough imo, but overall, a little gem. Great keyboard, easy to figure out. Just wish it was easier to talk to my computer (not a PC). For Macs, buy a card reader and do it that way! Biggest plus: no astronomical smartphone data fees, even tho it can connect.
Summary: Hey! I'm Marcia's daughter. I wanted a touch, but basic phone. I looked here,on Amazon, and found this enV touch! This phone is amazing and it came fast! This is deffinetly the phone you need if you want the smartphone feel yet not have to put up with the price and other diffculties. However I do have to keep calibrating it every few days, or, depending on how much I use it that day, every once in a while.
Summary: I chose this phone not for the touch screen but for a bigger front screen and a little larger keypad. The phone is great and the text is good. The only complaints with this phone is that it will occasionally shut itself off and the battery life is a little short. Considering that it's a touch screen the battery life isn't terrible but I think it could be a little better. Even though it's a new phone it's still an older model. Even in the package batteries age so...
Summary: After reading the reviews for this LG EnV touch I was rather shocked. Although most people have had and do still have these phones, I have had mine for close to 5 years now and love it. I don't pay anything for the web use and since I do go through Verizon (unfortunatly)I update my phone using *228. I do this every month and when traveling out of town. This phone has been dropped, kicked, and nearly swallowed by a boxer.
