Summary: So after my first review i put in the comment there was no Manuel and if the product was brand new there would have been a Manuel, never asked for money back or anything and the owner sent me this....SO RUDE!!! I was not upset when i wrote the review or anything, just said that there was no Manuel in the box....
Summary: The LG ENV Touch is a decent feature phone, I previously owned 2 for 2 plus years. I was just sold a lemon by PUT group. BEWARE! First I was sent the phone with an incompatible battery and then the inner screen went black at 90 days. No warranty, no exchange nothing available from PUT group. 90 day life span makes for an expensive phone. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
Summary: I got two of these phones and both touch screens did not work. I would try touching one thing and it would go to something way below it. very frustrating. I just ended up buying a normal phone not touch sceen.

Summary: It turns out that the phone had some sort of problem that caused it to turn off randomly, and it didn't hold a charge. I contacted the seller and returned the phone, but never heard back and did not receive a refund.
Summary: I bought this phone trusting the seller, it completely froze soon after receiving it. It was a waste of valuable time and money not to mention such an inconvenience because the phone malfunctioned at the worst possible time. I was on vacation and was unable to get a new one for a week.
Seller lied about condition of phone. Product was already used.

Summary: My issue is mostly with the seller. The phone was advertised as new but showed clear signs of wear. The battery pack area that indicates water damage was already oink and the phone randomly shuts off. The call log also showed 21 hours of use. I upgraded because my old EnV had the same issues.
