Summary: I purchased this phone just a week ago from Keerkeers wireless and really like it. However I have one issue with it, or I should say the seller. This phone was advertised and sold as a new phone. It is not a new phone. The lifetime call timer (which can not be reset) showed that there was over 117 hours of usage on the phone. The data timer also showed a lot of use. How can that be if it is a new phone? I find this to be false advertising and wrong.
Horrible consumer service...WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN

Summary: So after my first review i put in the comment there was no Manuel and if the product was brand new there would have been a Manuel, never asked for money back or anything and the owner sent me this....SO RUDE!!! I was not upset when i wrote the review or anything, just said that there was no Manuel in the box....
Excerpt: Before I finally got Verizon to replace my env touch for a different feature phone I had gone through 4 env touch handsets. From the beginning the phone had display & power problems. It shuts off on random occasions, the display intermittently fails to activate when opening the flip and the software is unstable overall.
Excerpt: Okay so I previously had a EnV 2 and loved it so when the EnV touch came out i upgraded. Thats where the good things stop. The EnV touch is so fragile and weak that on a brand new phone you can hear the plastic rubbing against other plastic when you type. Then the touch screen rarely works like it is supposed to and needs to be recalibrated on a daily basis.
Excerpt: i would review this phone as a bad phone to have. although i love the fact of the touch screen and keypad option but the phones quality is very poor. my phone loses charge very quickly and cant hold much memory. they whole phone is very bulky and scratches very easily. the internet is not very easy to access. and the LG enV touch cell pphone.
Excerpt: this is the worst phone i've ever had. i loved it before i got it, but then having it was a tradgedy. it butt dials and never works the way i wanted to to work. like all the other envys it sucks. never buy this phone. i hate it so much. the only thing i liked about it was the keyboard. it was very spread out and that makes it much muhc easier to type with. it was a fun phone at first but i'd NEVER EVER EVER NEVER EVER reccomend it to ANYONE. its unresponsive alot.
Excerpt: I hate this phone. I initially purchased it because it was supposed to have a nice camera in it. I was never a big fan of touch screens on cell phones -- they're popular, I know. But anyhow, I purchased this cell phone believing that the touch interface would not be that bad, that the great camera would outweight any annoyance the touch screen may cause. I was wrong. First, the camera is hardly great. It takes pictures when I need a picture taken. That's it.
Excerpt: I don't normally write reviews for products that I don't like, but since my phone just shut off again without me even touching it I figured it would be a great time to vent about these stupid phones. Well, first the phone is not very thin, however because it does fit most generic cases that is a place. WIth the new technology out today I would definitely suggest going with a different phone. This phoen was not made for media or internet use.
Excerpt: I have been a loyal LG customer for years with my cell phone choices. With all the touch screen phones coming out a few years ago, I was thrilled when LG offered a touch screen phone (the LG enV Touch). It took some getting use to at first (the touch screen at least), but after about a week I saw all the perks of the touch screen feature. I LOVE that it has a QWERTY keyboard (I do NOT like the T9 feature). Things were going quite well with my phone ... until recently.
Excerpt: So here I am almost 2 years into the hellish nightmare adventure with my Env Touch. Let me start out by saying at first I absolutely loved this phone. It had the touch screen feature which I desperatly wanted and a pretty decent three mega pixel camera, too. The screen, for as accident prone as I am, had help up amazingly well. No real scratches or cracks. The camera seems like it has gone down hill.
