Summary: I just got this phone because I had an iPhone but I lost it, I am 15, my mom told me if I wanted a phone I had to find a used one on eBay. I was looking and I remembered a phone my friend used to have that I always wanted to use. I found an env touch. I absolutely it, it has the best if both worlds, touch and actual keyboard! I have a prepaid verizon plan and I'm glad I can use it with the basic phone because it's cheaper.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
Summary: I purchased this phone just a week ago from Keerkeers wireless and really like it. However I have one issue with it, or I should say the seller. This phone was advertised and sold as a new phone. It is not a new phone. The lifetime call timer (which can not be reset) showed that there was over 117 hours of usage on the phone. The data timer also showed a lot of use. How can that be if it is a new phone? I find this to be false advertising and wrong.
Excerpt: I have used this phone for quite some time now and it is a great phone. I actually got it as a hand me down from my sister when my phone broke. It works great. It has a touch screen on the outside and a qwerty keyboard that flips open on the inside, so you can use either. The touchscreen works well and I don't have any problems with it not working. Voice quality seems to be great both on my end and on the end of the person I am talking to.
Summary: I cant say much for the phone my self . for the one I got off of here is not that great . it does not get as good as service as my old cell did and it will not log on to the net so getting a data plan is useless and a waist of money .
Horrible consumer service...WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN

Summary: So after my first review i put in the comment there was no Manuel and if the product was brand new there would have been a Manuel, never asked for money back or anything and the owner sent me this....SO RUDE!!! I was not upset when i wrote the review or anything, just said that there was no Manuel in the box....
Summary: I have had this phone for about three years. It is a good transfer phone for people that aren't sure about a touch screen. This has both touch screen and full inside keyboard. I got this phone because it has two screens, figured this way if I ever broke one screen I would still have the other. Recently I have had issues with lighting on the phone going from bright to dark and it likes to randomly shut off with a full charged battery.
The LG Rumor Touch is a great touch screen phone for the price

Excerpt: Before I bought this phone I made sure to look up every review possible. I wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted, not just a phone with a touch screen. So far, I'm rather impressed with it. The opera browser was ok, but to get the best out of it, I upgraded to Opera mini 5. This browser comes with its own keyboard, so you don't have to use the keypad if you don't feel like turning the phone sideways. The touch screen is very nice and easy to use.
Excerpt: I was avalible for an upgrade a little bit back and started looking online and in store for something that i thought would be a good phone for my needs(web, text, talk). I saw the new enV touch and did a little research on the product and ended up buying the phone. In the beginning i had no problems with it. This lasted about 2 months. Then the phone began to turn off randomly threw out my day.
Excerpt: The env touch is a fairly new cell phone by verizon wireless. When i first got it, i loved it completely. I loved how easy it was to text, the great pictures it took, and everything else about it. But after a few months i realized my phone was starting to get a few glitches like powering down randomly or the screen freezing. Later, it got worse . After a short time the glitches came more often and different.
