Excerpt: The semi-new LG enV Touch, available on Verizon Wireless may seem to be a good investment at first with its large external touch screen and pretty massive QWERTY keyboard, but once you own it for a while, like I have, you get to be pretty annoyed with it. Now, I know that a lot of people reading this might think, “Oh, well I do that with every phone I ever get because there’s new technology.
Excerpt: I recently got my first cell phone, the LG EnV Touch from Verizon. It is really a great phone and has a lot of things going for it. First of all, the touch screen is amazing. It is very responsive and can pick up even the slightest touch . It is very nice for playing games and using the drawing application. But honestly, you probably won’t be using the touchscreen as much as the qwerty keyboard, since it’s easier to text on and type things with.
Summary: I wanted a phone that was easy to use, and did not have internet access. This phone fit the bill perfectly. It does have the the capability for internet but was not "loaded" or whatever it is termed. I can call, text and take pictures, that is all I want. This phone is perfect, has a keyboard and a touch screen. I love it.
Do not buy it, stops working correctly within a month and a half

Summary: I love this style of phone, but I am very dissapointed with this one. I have had it for over the 30 day period from purchase, so seller will not exchange, but the phone started not recognizing the touch commands about 2 weeks ago and when I touch to answer a call or to unlock the phone, it doesn't work and I always end up having to call people back. I have adjusted touch calibration and it doesn't help. If I touch a 6 I get a 3 or a 9.
Summary: When its working it isn’t a bad phone. Why the worst I’ve owned? The battery doesn’t stay charged. I bought new batteries twice and they weren’t any better after several weeks of use. I’ve read these 11000’s eat batteries but I wish I’d known that before I bought mine. I used to keep it plugged into a USB most of the time just to be able to have cell use when I was away from a USB a couple hours. Now the mini plug on the phone is failing.
Summary: I looked at reviews and videos of this phone compared to other phones before I ordered this one. I really loved how the EnV 3 and Octane has the QWERTY keyboard but I wanted an updated look with the touch screen. Phone shipped quick without any issues. The activation of the phone was fine and Verizon did not ask for a data plan. There were two issues I have with the phone: 1.
