Way to much junk preprogrammed on this phone

Phil47, LG Electronics Ratings and Reviews
4 weeks ago
  • Summary: Battery goes dead if you carry the phone in your pocket for more than an hour. Must constantly remove battery to reset the phone. Verizon requires so many pre programmed apps that there is extremely limited storage for any other apps never mind that the storage is itty bitty at best. Will run away from this phone when contract is up.

It's a good first smart phone

  • Summary: I like how you can download other apps that aren't on the apps store. I like how its also 4g. the keyboard makes the phone a little fat but its very useful. downsize is that the keys are a little small.

Great phone!

belle, LG Electronics Ratings and Reviews
31 October 2013
  • Summary: This has the simplicity I prefer, yet has the features I need for business and ease of use. The only feature I really need that it currently lacks is compatibility with PayPal Here. For now, I can't use the card reader, so the process of taking credit cards is tedious. I hope you update the software soon! Otherwise, it's perfect!!

Good but could use some tweaks

KeyboardUser, LG Electronics Ratings and Reviews
24 October 2013
  • Summary: A good basic smart phone. Lighter than my last phone (also one with a slide-out keyboard) and seems to have better battery life. Also more flexible in letting the user skip back and forth between apps, calls, emails, etc. But here's what bugs me: (1) there is no way to mark an email "unread" from inside the email.

"Perfect smart phone for first time users."

Fiorina161, CNET
20 September 2013
  • Pros: -Size. -Screen Size. -QWERTY board size is excellent. It's not as small as it may seem. It's actually a very good sized board. Better then the touch screen QWERTY. -Expandable memory. -Battery life. -Customer replaceable battery.
  • Cons: -Processor could be faster. -Camera could use more megapixels. -Top half of slider is slippery when trying to open it. Maybe a little bit of burnishing up near the corners where you push where your thumbs might have helped.
