Summary: I almost wanted to send this phone back as it is very hard to hear on. When talking to others I have to constantly ask them to repete themselves or ask if they can hear me. It is horrible! I am very dissatisfied with it.
I would not use this vendor (AppleWireless) ever again!

Summary: I purchased this phone for my daughter for Christmas. Within 60 days the touch screen stopped working. I have been emailing with this vendor (through Amazon) since March 10 and just keep getting the runaround. Now they are telling me there is nothing they can do because it is past the 90 days, but when I started these communications with them it was not.
Pros: -Long battery life if you turn it off during the night -Great, roomy Keyboard! -Really tough, I've dropped mine a bunch of times and gotten it wet and it still works -I LOVE THE CAMERA ON THIS PHONE! IT IS EXCELLENT! -bright screen, light up keyboard
Cons: -touch screen is TERRIBLE -if you're texting someone and someone else texts you while you are sending a message, the messsage will not send. -randomly shuts off(on full battery) -the phone freezes very often -gets HORRIBLE reception -SO MANY GLITCHES
Excerpt: I have had this phone for over a year. At first I loved it. I wanted a touchscreen phone but didn't want a smartphone. it was so easy to use in the beginning. And then 1 year later the touhscreen stopped working altogether. Took it in to try and get it fixed and they said there is nothing they can do. It's just old technology and we are out of luck... No I cant check text msgs or even see my contacts phone numbers. This phone is useless!!!
Durable and serves purpose, but glitchy and frustrating.

Excerpt: Due to Verizon's very limited choices in non-data plan phones, I had only 4 phones to choose from when I decided to go in for my upgrade. The LG Cosmos Touch was not on display but mentioned to me by an associate who said it was a good phone and one of their more popular buys. At first, I thought it was pretty snazzy and having a touch screen was a plus.
Excerpt: Recently I upgraded my phone from a Blackberry (didn't use the data package enough to justify the expense of it) and the Verizon store only had 3 choices for non data phones. I ended up with the Cosmos Touch. On the positive the touch screen works fine, its a nice size to carry and I absolutely love the Querty keyboard that slides out and this phone is super easy to use. Now, on the downside, this phone doesn't always respond quickly.
