Summary: Historically the Cosmos 2 isn't a reliable phone. It becomes unusable after a year or so (we've had this has happened twice before). However, given the circumstances and slim pickings for non-smart phones, I decided to take my chances on getting these again. Fingers crossed that they get us through more than a year - they aren't what I would call cheap. As for the seller, the experience was very good. No issues and the phones were delivered ahead of schedule.
Summary: I had a very basic phone before I "graduated" to this one. Therefore, there has been somewhat of a learning curve, including where to find things, how to operate it, etc. The more I use it, the more comfortable I'm feeling wtih it. I definitely did NOT want a so-called "smart" phone at this point, since the learning curve would be much greater. This fits me just fine.
Summary: I really like the phone but am unhappy that the battery has gone after only a few months. I have never had a battery go out before I was ready to trade in (ie 2 yrs min) I still have an LG battery in an old phone that will power the old phone up, unfortunately it will no fit this phone!!!
Summary: I wasn't expecting any more than I got. It is adequate for what it is supposed to do. The qwerty keyboard is the main reason I purchased it. I am not ready for a smart phone, and maybe never will be.
Summary: Great replacement phone for my old reliable flip phone I sent through the washer. All I need is to make calls and text and this works great. Was able to keep my old Verizon pay as you go plan.....that was all I wanted! Now with the sliding keyboard I can text with ease. I am not a heavy cell user have the phone as a back up to my land line....and for light use. Need to be able to text but don't need internet.
