Summary: The phone arrived in good physical condition, but when it was activated the screen kept freaking out and displaying everything (including all the words) backwards. When the keyboard is closed, the entire phone turns off.

Summary: I wanted a NEW phone in order to be sure of its compatibility with my Verizon family plan and to be sure the phone would be in good working order. This "new" phone cost substantially more that other options. When I tried to activate the phone it failed.

Summary: It arrived damaged. Charger had one end cleanly snipped off. I use it for my business so I had it shipped overnight which was a waste of money since it was damaged and wouldn't work anyway. Had to rush out and purchase a charger (additional $32).
Summary: I found this phone hard to navigate. It's a basic phone yet it has so many settings that, when something goes amiss, telling whether it is a settings problem or a phone defect is hard. I think it dropped some text messages and would only display parts of others.
Summary: This phone is prone to sporadically locking up on you when you are in the middle of a call or text. The web browser it has is a joke - I was unable to get on any social media site besides Facebook (sorry to buzzmarket), couldn't even got onto Google.
