Summary: We brought this phone for our daughter and she doesn't like it nor has she used it yet. She say's it doesn't have all the bell and whistles that she want's on it. She hates it. That's too bad because she not getting another one, she really doesn't deserve this one.
Summary: Within 3 months of using this phone, a little black dot appeared in the lower center of the screen, and it only got bigger over time. Over the course of 1 year, my screen had one big dot and one line over it. I actually could live with that, since I mostly use it for texting and calling anyway, but eventually (a little over 1 year), the phone stopped getting reception altogether. Yes, no reception no matter where I went.
Summary: I ordered this product in August and within 2 months the screen developed a smudge internally. I contacted BLUTEKUSA and their response was a single line: I sincerely apologize but Amazon and us have a 30 day return policy. I tried contacting LG and they said it is not a US product so they are not liable and I need to go to an international website which I tried and could not get any contacts or support. I would avoid buying it.
Summary: I've received the phone and tried to set it up. The phone look nice, thin and slim. However, the phone is constantly frozen up on me. I can't do anything, can't touch the screen, can't turn off, can't return to the previous menu. Basically, I can't do anything. I have to take the battery out in order to turn it off, and put the battery back in then restart it.
Summary: PLEASE , DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE IF YOU ARE ON AT&T. This phone is cute but useless on an AT&T network, you can't use the internet of Media Net from AT&T, text any picture messages or anything that uses the web. AT&T will not be able to help you and LG USA is about as helpful as a blind man giving you driving lessons. Do Not Buy !!!
