Summary: Bought this phone because I wanted a touchpad phone and I did not 'need' a smart phone. I only talk and text. I knew it was geared towards being a music centric model, but i did not care... I just wanted a touch phone with a querty keypad. Once you turn it on it will offer a 'touch sensitive' test, which seemed like a great idea and I did so. After playing with it for just 15 minutes I found the pad to be very unresponsive.
Summary: I use the speaker feature during most conversations. On this phone, it cannot be used, as the other party can only hear an echo. The battery does not hold a charge and needs to be charged almost every day. My last basic phone only needed charging maybe once a week. Wish I could have given this a better review as it is the only touch screen phone which is not a smartphone requiring the additional monthly fees.
this phone was not a good one. no camera no pictures not good sound.

Summary: This phone was not in good working condition. The camera did not work. The phone sounded terrible and it would not update my contacts. I sent the phone back and I am hoping that I am not charged a restocking fee. Ia m keeping my old lg.
Summary: i had this phone for about a year now and the phone is all right it has it up and down like the radio that's cool but the touch quantity is very poor this phone is very tough i have dropped it about a 1000 times and it nerved tripped its a good phone but i just wish it was a little bigger and it would be great to me it is not worth your money go with something else maybe something a lilttle bigger so you can enjoy things on the phone.
Summary: I got this phone when my Pantech died in February as a pre certified owned phone from Verizon. It had problems when I first got it. But, I kept it until May, and then I got another replacement Choc. touch. It gave me so many problems...I kept this one from May until the 30th of August of this year when I FINALLY had enough of the problems and trying every single troubleshooting option Verizon gave me. I got the Samsung Brightside and I love it.
Summary: When I first got it, it was pretty cool. I liked that it had a QWERTY keyboard and a touchscreen unlike my previous phone. Everything that a phone should do, it does. The problem is it's so hard to use the phone because of the touchscreen. I haven't had any really critical breakdowns or anything, but the touchscreen comes and goes. One minute, it will work just fine, then I lock and unlock it and it presses the button two down from what I'm actually pressing.
Summary: I've had this phone for less than a year, and it's really not a good phone at all. It worked well enough for the warranty to wear off, and then it was all downhill from there. This is the third phone I've had, and my other two both lasted more than 4 years each, so I know it's not me as a cell phone user. The touch screen does weird things. While I'm composing a text message it will randomly press buttons on its own.
Summary: When I first bought this phone, I loved it. It had lots of features you would expect on a smartphone such as a (full virtual) keyboard, mp3 player, voice recorder, notepad, still/video camera and so on. Awesome right? Not in the long run... About a month after owning it, the headset jack stopped working (the regular speaker and speakerphone worked fine). Luckily it was under warranty so Verizon replaced it.

Summary: I got this phone about a year ago . Not what I expected at all ! If your looking for a phone with acceptable apps , do not get this phone ! It has been the worst out of all my phones . It almost has a mind of it's own . The buttons , do the exact opposite of what they are supposed to do . I dropped it one time and the speaker just blew ! So no more music or speaker phone ! The amount of storage is horrible .
