Summary: I've been using mine for three years and it's never failed me. I'm 6'2' and have no problem with the keyboard. In fact, that's the main reason I have it. I've been able to upgrade for over a year, but haven't found a non-smartphone that is an equal to this one. Just replacing the battery now. If you can live without a smartphone, and who among really can't, this is a phone you should take a look at.
Pros: Sturdy, reliable. Easy to operate. Doesn't require an extra $30 or $40 per month
Cons: It's not a smartphone!! But you can get on the web if you need it, I never have. I have an ipod and there's not many places that don't have wifi.
I had 2 bad phones: touchscreens failed in 9 mos each!

Summary: LG = Lousy Garbage phone!
Pros: The features would be fine if the phone's touchscreen didn't fail: once it does, you can't do anything with it but receive calls!
Cons: 2 bad phones, both failed within 9 months each due to the lousy touchscreen. We still have 6 months left on Verizon but they won't fix it a 2nd time, so he cannot text or call, just receive calls!, Cheap defective item!
Summary: I've had this phone for a year. But I've been through two of them. The first time the touch screen stopped working completely for no reason. The second time, when I would call people I couldn't hear anything. The speaker quite working. My battery life lasted. It was good. Putting music on the second phone was pointless because I would plug my headphones in and trying to listen to a song was like trying to listen to a radio playing nothing but static.
Summary: the interface of this phone is quite pretty, and with the theme and type face options, you can really make this phone look nice. The music player is especially good, this thing may just replace my iPod, and I usually hate using phones as mp3 players.
