"I had 2 bad phones: touchscreens failed in 9 mos each!"
8 July 2012
Pros: The features would be fine if the phone's touchscreen didn't fail: once it does, you can't do anything with it but receive calls!
Cons: 2 bad phones, both failed within 9 months each due to the lousy touchscreen. We still have 6 months left on Verizon but they won't fix it a 2nd time, so he cannot text or call, just receive calls! Cheap defective item!
Cons: The keyboard is horrible, texting takes forever because of constantly hitting the wrong keys. The reception is also extremely bad. The phone interface is no better than a flip phone. Even the number pad to make phone calls is difficult to use.

Pros: What attracted me to this phone was the music player. My last phone only had a proprietary plug for head phones but this has the standard 3.5mm, so you aren't stuck with verizon branded headphones. The player can be accessed by a side button, so you don't
Cons: You must remove the back cover to access the micro sd card. ***? This is reminicent of phomes from the early 2000s. This is also a pain because my phone is in a hard case, so you have to pop it out of the case first. Booooo. I use an 8 gig micro sd car
