"Been using it for 3 years"

  • Pros: Sturdy, reliable. Easy to operate. Doesn't require an extra $30 or $40 per month
  • Cons: It's not a smartphone!! But you can get on the web if you need it, I never have. I have an ipod and there's not many places that don't have wifi.

"I had 2 bad phones: touchscreens failed in 9 mos each!"

jflins, CNET

  • Pros: The features would be fine if the phone's touchscreen didn't fail: once it does, you can't do anything with it but receive calls!
  • Cons: 2 bad phones, both failed within 9 months each due to the lousy touchscreen. We still have 6 months left on Verizon but they won't fix it a 2nd time, so he cannot text or call, just receive calls! Cheap defective item!

"This is a miserable excuse for a phone."

  • Pros: makes phone calls, can text, has a browser
  • Cons: The keyboard is horrible, texting takes forever because of constantly hitting the wrong keys. The reception is also extremely bad. The phone interface is no better than a flip phone. Even the number pad to make phone calls is difficult to use.

  • Pros: What attracted me to this phone was the music player. My last phone only had a proprietary plug for head phones but this has the standard 3.5mm, so you aren't stuck with verizon branded headphones. The player can be accessed by a side button, so you don't
  • Cons: You must remove the back cover to access the micro sd card. ***? This is reminicent of phomes from the early 2000s. This is also a pain because my phone is in a hard case, so you have to pop it out of the case first. Booooo. I use an 8 gig micro sd car
