Summary: Never got a chance to really use this phone, so I can't give an overall review. BUT, one feature that really irritated me, and made me return the phone, was the lock screen feature. When on a call, you have to backlight the screen, and unlock the screen everytime you pull it away from your ear. No way to disable this I was told. Really ridiculous. Most phones should unlock when pulled away from the ear-not this one. I returned it, and got something else.
Summary: Other reviews of this phone were not great, but I needed a quick messaging phone, the price was reasonable, and I did not think I would be as critical as those who had used smart phones and other more expensive phones. I previously used a flip phone, so had to get used to the touch screen. The camera button seems very insensitive, takes forever to take a photo, and it does not have a flash.
Summary: I had to have this phone replaced less than 1 month after purchase. It would only allow me to call out sometimes. It would also drop many calls. When I would hang up at the end of a call the call would be over, but the phone would continue counting time of the call duration, as though it was still an active call.
Summary: This is a decent entry level messaging phone that has incredible battery life. I purchased two of them for my parents (both in their 70s) and they have been able to operate the phones with no problems.
Summary: Pros - GREAT battery life. Durable. Social sites, GPS, Yellow Pages, Email, constant Bluetooth access without having to reactivate it like smartphones, microSD slot up to 32 GB, Code scanner, and awesome color.
