Excerpt: Great if it was as slick and usable as the advert but it isnt. Most annoying thing is that it is very slow the interface runs fine(on newer firmware versions) but the Java speed is abismal, its like watching a slideshow.
Pros: Asthetics, Screen resolution, Features
Cons: Slow performance, Bad camera at night, Buggy software, Bad LG customer support, Pretty much the whole phone.
Excerpt: I got this phone in August, and have probably only used it for three weeks in total - the rest of the time it has been in for repair. I only upgraded to it as I liked my LG Viewty. My Viewty has been invaluable as my back-up while the Arena has been sent back and forth.
Pros: Good camera, Enjoys spending time back at the phone shop, Looks nice, Nice shape
Cons: Cannot turn phone to view a picture sideways - the screen tilts automatically, Difficult to make telephone calls as your skin/face touches the screen and hangs up, Sending a text is very long-winded, finding the contact etc, Freezes at the most annoying moment, Forgets its own memory
Summary: Music player is not great! From a long list of music files it is difficult to get to those down the alphabet list e.g r -unlike the iPhone where you can easily bypass files by tapping near r. The search function only works for some files! I still cant find the GPS function.
Summary: You can buy an new unlocked Arena on eBay for £200 - £250, in the shops usually just shy of £400. Had mine over a week now and here are my early impressions. The spec list is impressive, it seems to have absolutely everything on it. But, it's not really that custumisable.
Excerpt: I remember a few years ago when feature phones were the must-have mobile phones. Before the likes of the iPhone and android smartphones were created and the only 'smartphones' were business-orientated Windows and BlackBerry devices, feature phones were the best devices and the ones that everyone...
Pros: Looks great, well made, responsive touchscreen, good camera
Cons: Sometimes slows down, poor web browsing, literally no proper applications available
Could have been a really good phone if it was tested properly before the product was launched.

Excerpt: I bought this phone last Christmas in a sale for £150 in JAG. It came with preloaded orange software and was locked to the orange network and came in dusty pink. I selected it because I primarily wanted a camera that would always be with me, my phone usage is small.
Excerpt: The LG Arena (km900) is a full touch-screen phone with a capacitive system, so you can't type with sharp things on it. You have to use your full thumb to type on it. In my opinion this is the best iphone clone i ever saw.
Good camara but thats it so it's just an average phone nothing special.

Excerpt: I have had this phone for 6 months now and think its good but nothing special. It was sold to me as an iphone alternative but if that why your interested in this phone think again. Having played with iphones this fall far short.
