Excerpt: We´ve finally got our hands on a retail version of the LG ARENA KM900! We threw a decent party, came up with a nice carnival do and let off firecrackers to celebrate its arrival. How come? Well, the prototype unit we tested did manage to go over big with us and we shared with you how pleased we were in our preview. We compared the rivalry among touch sensitive screen cell phones to the Afro Samurai story.
Pros: S-CLASS 3D interface rocks, High sound quality during talks, Good internet browser capabilities (it´s not Safari, but still…), Far from looking luxurious, the phone looks great
Cons: Plays DivX и Xvid, but just at 320 pixel resolution, Snapshot quality is not so good, Keypad is good, but rather small and typing in with both hands feels uncomfortable
Summary: T he LG Arena is a very neat, compact touchscreen phone with a fast and easy operation. Thanks to the new 3D S-Class User Interface and the touchscreen that responds with extreme accuracy, everything works smoothly and simply. The graphics are beautiful. The various start screens provide access to your favorite music, programs and contacts. The built-in GPS antenna and the Google Maps software applications allow you to position your location everywhere and plan a route.
LG's Arena smartphone boasts an all-new S-Class 3D interface, but can it challenge the iPhone?

Summary: LG definitely deserves some credit for thinking outside the box. The LG Arena offers a wealth of features, but although the new user interface certainly looks fantastic, it sometimes feels sluggish and this affects the user experience.
Pros: Build quality, compact design, excellent display, graphical user interface, responsive touch screen, 3.5mm headphone jack, great list of features
Cons: Slightly sluggish in some areas, keystroke lag when messaging, 3D cube isn’t as intuitive or smooth as it could be, no App Store, TV-out cable not included
Excerpt: I loved the LG Renoir. It was therefore with much excitement that I unboxed its successor, the Arena or KM900. The problem is, how do you follow an eight-megapixel cameraphone that boasted pretty much every feature you’d want? Well you throw in a couple you didn’t know you needed, redesign the interface and add 3D graphics just for a little extra wow factor.
Conclusion: On paper the KM900 Arena is a very comprehensive offering, meeting pretty much all the tech specs you could want. The S-Class user interface is also pretty good, pulling together all of the features of the phone nicely. However the real question is what support there is going forward, especially on the apps front. You get Google Maps, for example, but it is already out of date with no Latitude support. Attempting to update the software over the air doesn't work.
Pros: User interface, feature set, build quality, screen quality, audio quality, bundled headphones are pretty good
Cons: Accelerometer doesn't always play nice, questionable third party software support, Wi-Fi doesn't support all data tasks, screen not so good in bright conditions
A telefont többféle néven is ismerhetjük, úgymint LG Cookie Music, LG Surf 4GB, LG Arena II, esetleg LG Cookie Gig.
