Kyocera Domino S1310 Cell Phone

  • Excerpt: I purchased this phone through Metro PCS because it was the cheapest phone they had at $29 including the $40 a month plan. It’s a really small phone, the first time I held it, it felt like an MP3 player.

The phone cannot be used

Rita Kennedy "Rita K.", Amazon
14 June 2014
  • Summary: The phone arrived in the time that had been announced, with a charger. However, it had a lock on it. The company selling it did not have a code to unlock it. Their raccomendations on how to bypass the lock could not be implemented because they required for the phone to be turned off first. The phone could not be turned off because there was an alarm on it, and in order to turn off the phone the alarm had to be erased. Well, the alarm could not be erased without the code.

  • Summary: Everything about this phone feels cheap, down to the mushy buttons and poor screen. But for $10, who can complain! Also, its very durable, holds up to most all stress tests ive put it through (and when i did successfully break it, another $10 to replace!

Horrible Telephone!

C. Huff, Amazon
8 December 2012
  • Summary: I wanted a wireless telephone for talk and text functionality. The Kyocera Domino seemed like a good deal, because of the low price. I WAS WRONG!!! The telephone requires resetting at least once a day and the buttons cycle through the applications at will. Texting is a painful experience as the spacing keys work irregularly. I do not recommend this phone for anyone or any purpose. Deserves zero stars.

Nearly indestructible

Habib, Amazon
1 September 2012
  • Summary: I dropped mine in the toilet (which was clean, thank God) and it didn't even drop the call. I turned it off, after telling my friend I had to hang up, and let it dry. And still got another year out of it! And that's with constant dropping out of my lap and onto the parking lot.
