Summary: Bought this to have not only a mobile phone, but also something to do social stuff with, too. It works for all that, but it struggles sometimes. Still, it works with most things (Facebook, Twitter, Google Keep, etc.) .
Summary: I ordered this phone for two reason, to stream Pandora at work and to use Google maps when traveling and it works great for those things. And that's about it. I turn e Wi-Fi off when I leave home but the phone switches it back on when it detects available networks and then it gives me the "connection error" message every time I want to use an app, so I have to go into the settings and turn the Wi-Fi back off again.
Summary: This phone is a beast. No, it's not high-powered, it's just durable (although it does beat the heck out of the Samsung Intercept. **** that phone.) I mean, I've had this phone for about 8 months, and in that time it has been dropped, kicked, and used as toddler-fodder ad nauseam. The other day, I knock it into the sink. Completely submerged.
Summary: I was pleasantly surprised with this phone. I love the option of touch screen and the seperate Keypad. The phone is not too heavy and not too light like many other prepaid phones. Its very stylish Its a great starter phone. I was so pleased that I bought 3 Kyocera Rise phones.. quick surfing web No dropped calls, hope you enjoy the Kyocera Rise because its worth every penny ....
Summary: I was very impressed. The phone came with videos pre-loaded into it that taught me a bit about how to use it. I only had to use the manual to learn how to use the camera. The slide-out keyboard is a little stiff and tires out my spoiled thumbs that are used to only a touch-screen but oh well. The swipe-typing on the touch screen face is VERY handy. Make sure you don't switch into Spanish accidentally. The button is right in a bad spot.
