Summary: good for internet thats about it, constantly cuts out on the phone, choppy sounds like under water. for 50 bucks good as a back up phone or to surf the internet. would not advise someone buy this phone if they like the person on the other line to hear what they are actually saying.
Summary: I've had this phone for a few months. It all of a sudden stopped charging for no reason with some of the chargers I use. I keep a charger in my car, at work, at home and also an extra one in my purse just in case. It worked with two of them but the other chargers work in other phones.
Yes, it's durable and water-resistant - but call quality is HORRIBLE
Nature Master, Amazon

Summary: Decent durability when dropped as well as good water resistance (waterproof?). However, call reception/quality is HORRIBLE. Callers usually can only barely be heard or are dropped altogether way too often. Also, memory is severely limited..
The Kyocera Hydro Life was a great phone know the beginning
27 May 2015
Summary: The Kyocera Hydro Life was a great phone know the beginning. Until it started tell me that I didn't have a sim card inserted or invalid card. Lost the aim card tray and ordered a new one. The phone works better WITHOUT the tray. I now dislike this phone.
If talking, texting or taking pictures is important to you, this is not your phone
5 March 2015
Summary: This phone is embarrassing! I have to ask every person to repeat themselves over and over because the sound quality is terrible. I broke up with AT&T and gave up my iPhone 4 for this one with Metro.
Can't use back or home buttons like on normal phones you physically have to do it ...
Koventry Davis, Amazon
10 December 2014
Summary: Can't use back or home buttons like on normal phones you physically have to do it on your own. Home button takes you to the Internet & back to the screen menu. Call quality sucks big time wish id never gotten this phone
Excerpt: Other than the fact this phone is water proof there is nothing good about. Can take up to a minute to even answer a phone call because of freezing. Not enough RAM to run the Facebook app. Camera is very poor. All apps crash daily.
Summary: The Kyocera Hydro Life is a good waterproof phone. The T-Mobile version is locked to T-Mobile and the MetroPcs version is locked to MetroPcs. T-Mobile stores often sell it at a large discount, and MetroPcs stores often sell it for a goofy low price.
