Summary: I just got this phone 2 days ago from metro pcs. I will be returning it. I have been having a lot of problems since day 1. My music will not play, won't read my SD card, pictures won't show after I take them, my signal cuts in and out even if I'm in a place that has great signal, the speaker when I am on a call is horrible. I did a master reset as well as a system update but neither seemed to work. Will be returning. I do not recommend this phone to anyone.
Summary: It didn't work right from the start. Alot of times I will go to use an app and the app shuts down and the phone returns to the original screen. I've had this model phone in the past and had no problems with my old one. It's very frustrating.
Summary: Sad part about this the phone would never connect to a network. After 2 days of dealing with it and fighting with T mobile to get a code to which T Mobile kept saying they did not have a code to get the phone to connect to any network it was a problem with whom every the phone was purchased from or a Kyocera problem not a T Mobile problem.
Summary: I bought this phone as a pre-paid option through US Cellular, the price was right, but do not be fooled, it is a clunky phone that does not respond well to your finger movement. I used to have a Motorola MotoG and loved it. This phone should not be bought, it is just not a good product. There are cheaper options out there that work much better.

Summary: This phone is the worst! The only thing good about it was the price but hey "you get what you pay for". I basically just needed a backup phone so that's just what it is... It always stop! Seem like no app is compatible and they all keep stopping. I have to go to a blank screen to talk on the phone because it goes to the dial pad and mute the phone.

Summary: This may be the greatest phone, but the Virgin Mobile service and customer service is horrid. They do not do what they are supposed to. Impossible to change payment account on-line, must make phone call, etc., etc., I am out $379 because of their customer service not doing what they were supposed. At first they even said I had not calledl them and then suddenly they come up with information--amazing. Can't make calls from home, roams and runs battery down, etc. etc.
Summary: The phone has great specs from afar. I chose the phone when my galaxy s3 screen was completely busted and was out for a phone with a good camera. This phone says an 8mp camera but I dont see how that is true. The pics are grainy and unless you have a very steady hand then they come out blurry. I could deal with the horrible camera but the phone echos and if its not echoing, it breaks up. I am so mad that I purchased this phone.
Summary: Does everything well except send and receive phone calls. I really wanted to like this phone. It's speedy and responsive and has a few good and well thought-out features. It has auto-brightness for example which my Samsung Avant does NOT. However a number of problems made me return this after 3 weeks. First, the sound quality on this phone (outgoing) is apparently awful.
