Summary: I had bought this phone on July 23, 2014 and it doesn't have the feuturs l like and it was awast of my money. This phone is suppose to be a smart phone and it sounds like an outdated phone. The call quality is bad and this phone is nothing but trash. Don't wast your money!
Summary: Unusable. Very slow. Even if you plan to use it without any apps whatsoever, it's incredibly slow and what you do gets cancelled/interrupted all the time so you have to start over. So I gave up and just decided to use it at home. But the wireless keeps dropping, so you can't even use it at home to browse the internet or watch videos. It just keeps loading... and loading...
Summary: I brought the phone in Feb. and here it is April and the sound on the phone is gone. The phone doesn't play music, doesn't ring, no microphone. Called boost mobile CS and was told to call Kyocera. Called Kyocera and was told to ship phone at my cost to them. The process would take 7 to 10 days. They would then contact me to say if they will fix at their cost or at mine after inspecting the phone.
Summary: I loved this phone for about two months. Then the problems began. (I have never dropped it or gotten it wet or changed any of the permissions). Black screen. Disppearing Apps. Freezing up. Closing Apps. Wi-Fi turning itself off constantly. The list goes on...Sent it back to Kyocera for evaluation. They kept it for over a month!!! Sent it back and it was worse than before. Tried to send it back again and their website form would not work.
Summary: This is possibly the worst phone I've ever owned. It drops calls, turns off in the middle of an operation. The calls are sometimes unintelligible because of the bad audio system on the phone. It is a good looking phone and has a great Maps program, even then, the maps audio is much too quiet to easily hear and understand. It's not a bargain.
Summary: After the big mess up with the mailing from Amazon I finally received the phone almost one month after I ordered it. Then the on-line activation did not work. Now the phone has a life of its own. It will suddenly awaken from its "sleep" mode all by its self and begin making calls. It will change my wall paper; drop my contacts; change my ring tone; and I am having to charge it at least twice daily because it is sucking the battery dry.
Summary: Bought a phone 12-4-2013. Returned the phone due to static on 12-6-2013. tried anther phone before buying it, same problem. The employee informed me at that time that boost service has that problem on all there phones. I told them that I no longer want there service. I spent a total of $219.01 I only got back $96.03. Called customer service said they would not do any thing. Boost sucks stay away.
