Summary: I got this phone a month and a half ago. It was great at first. Surprisingly fast to boot up, responsive, etc. But then the problems started. Day 2, it wouldn't register my attempts to wake it up as I was out and about and needed access to maps. Annoying. Eventually I plugged it in again, and it woke up right away. Battery wasn't dead, it just is a horrible phone. The freezing thing happens pretty frequently.
Summary: Okay, I'm a 16 year old girl, and I pay for my own plans and phones so I decided to switch from Verizon to VM because I wasnted to get a smartphone with a data plan that wasn't 80 dollars like on Verizon. I bought this phone about two weeks ago, and I just acitivated it yesterday. At first I loved this phone, but the battery life drains from 75 percent to about 30 if it's just sitting in your pocket for possibly three hours if you're lucky.
Summary: Where do I begin? The phone actually started out wonderful but as time went by the device slowly eroded into a problematic handset. I had no problem with Virgins service and when the phone worked, downloading and streaming were fine. The RAM and internal storage barely meets minimum standards to run everything smoothly. The processor under performs and results in a routine of lagging, overheating and eventual reboots.
Summary: I have been using this android for 6 months now and it consistently is out performed by most others. The battery life is about 5 hours if you don't use it hardly at all. It's signal strength is lower compared to others when tested side by side. Often it will shut down and restart on it on a few time during the day. When acquiring an app or making a phone call it is slow and often the phone app doesn't even work!
Summary: i have purchased three of these phones total, i have returned two so far due to the phone freezing and not working right. now i am told the third phone is doing the same thing. may need to return the third phone also.
Summary: This phone seems like it could have been okay, but it reboots at random and freezes many times a day. So sluggish most of the time that the phone is borderline unusable. I knew it would be a cheap phone, but it cant even seem to consistently function. Very disappointing.
Summary: I bought two of these phones from Radio Shack for my daughters. Both phones started freezing within a month of purchase. Now they freeze constantly - can't text, can't call, can't do anything without it freezing. Won't even re-start. Have to take out the battery to get it to turn off. Contacted virgin mobile and waiting to hear back. I might have thought it was a fluke with one phone, but not with two. This phone has issues.
Summary: I got this as a $40 deal of the day on Amazon but when it was delivered the device didn't act like a modern phone should. The phone wouldn't operate some basic applications that an Ice Cream Sandwich phone with its specs should. Many apps just got stuck or wouldn't even open. I also had an issue with getting on WiFi after the second day of ownership. I know it was a $40 deal but the device should perform some of the basics, even if at a slower rate.
Summary: I liked this phone and used a lot of apps with it. Only problem I have is that a few months in to owning it, the phone started to have problems. It shuts itself off randomly. Then restarts randomly. It's not when it overheats, because the phone wasn't hot. Also, it gets stuck on the reboot screen. I have to restart it maybe 5-20 times before I get to the phones display screen with the apps.
