Summary: you get what u pay for. ok starter phone. force closes & freezes constantly. plus its impossible to get the back off to pop out the battery so u can get it unfrozen. its also easily damaged i never had any big mishaps but somehow my phone got damaged and unable to use data. do not waste ur money on this phone.
Summary: I like this little phone. Works well enough and for 30 odd bucks you can't expect it to print money eh? First thing was to update the software/firmware. Easy enough but might be a good idea to fix yourself some lunch cause it will take over an hour to finish. Speaker is loud enough, picture is good enough. Apps download fast on wifi and overall it's an excellent value.
i've purchased 2, and both had problems within a week

Summary: I purchased this for my husband for his first smartphone due to its easy use. He complained of a few issues, but I thought at first it was just him. I recently purchased one for my daughter, basically for a temporary phone until she can get a contracted phone. She had problems within the 2nd week of use. Both have problems with even the pre-loaded apps and the screen locking up.
Summary: Barely okay phone. Battery life is not great(<2 days in light use), and I am having trouble with the phone locking up when switching to Wi-Fi mode. Speaker not great for music and the volume buttons are too easily pressed by mistake(I think because of where the volume buttons are located in relation to the power button - I think the power button would be better on top instead of the right side).
