Very Cheaply made! Not worth the cost!

A.J.F, Phone Arena
9 November 2008
  • Excerpt: I will say that this phone does get excellent reception and clarity, takes good pics and is user friendly, however, not worth the money. I had this phone for 3 weeks, never dropped it, was always very careful with it and the hinge cracked!  Insurance wouldn't cover it since I was honest and told them the damage was not due to anything that I did, it's simply because it's made so cheaply.

Decent Phone By Kyocera

inner_pyro, Phone Scoop
29 July 2008
  • Excerpt: This is one of kyocera's better phone. I don't personally own this phone but i have sold enough to know what kind of pros and cons this phone has. Pros: -1.3 Mega pixel Camera -True Tone -Video Capable...although its only records for 15 secs...Honestly i thought it was a 50/50 con/pro feature.

Good for a basic phone

doomtroll, Phone Scoop
21 July 2008
  • Excerpt: I've had many phones in the past 10 yrs and have always found that I look at them differently then my peers. I do not require a phone with all sorts of bells & whistles, or to be indestructible. I have only had one before this that I can say I truly loved, that was the Motorola E815. This phone is comparable to that, in that it has almost the same features and functions asised from the memory card, and a few minor details that the average phone user probably would never...

Week signal

Anonymous, Phone Arena
8 July 2008
  • Excerpt: I have had this phone for 3 days and am ready to take it back. The signal strength is week and it constantly keeps dropping calls, even when I am only 3miles from my local tower.

Not so great...I'm going back to my old phone.

umm..., Phone Arena
24 June 2008
  • Excerpt: Its an enlarged version of the Motorola Razr, the standard small phone with a camera and bluetooth, but takes forever to send anything to the phone. 10 KB/sec is EXTREMELY slow compared to the Razr (I averaged 60 KB/sec with the Razr). Data speed is slow as well as the phone calls. Also, I HATE THE STANDARD SOUNDS. I haven't even had it in my hand for a full day and it already is driving me AWOL. The 7 8 9 keys won't work unless I literally press down very hard.

hate this phone

Miranda, Phone Arena
7 June 2008
  • Excerpt: it keeps shuting off radomly and it froze everytime i get into my phone. THe camera picture is not the best quality for it and I got a new phone and it screwed up the same way someone did so I get another one and it doing the same things. Us Cellular wont do nothing about it. I would not reccomend this phone at all.

my worst nightmare

Malinda, Phone Arena
29 May 2008
  • Excerpt: I bought this phone for my 13 yo daughter. Enough said. The phone shuts off on its own randomly. She constantly loses service. I have to listen to her complain about her 'crappy' phone. My service provider, US Cellular, can't or won't do anything about it. Definitely would not recommend this phone.

motoguy75, Phone Scoop

  • Excerpt: played with the phone over the past week since we are gonna have to start selling them. really has nothing special when compared to other phones, but then again it is an entry-level phone. PROS: -decent battery life -business casual styling -low cost CONS: -exterior shine gets dulled with fingerprints easily -BREW platform is still not supported by POCKET Smart Wireless

29 February 2008
  • Excerpt: Pros: The antenna is really good(if your in coverage area) buttons are good and simple(especially good for simple people) overall a nice style, that is if your style is a toy like phone. but seriously, an excellent phone for a kyocera the king of prepay. Cons: its basically a toy.
