Summary: Bought this for my mother who has macular degeneration. It has large buttons, it lights up and has an SOS button to call if she has an emergency. I haven't had time to check out all the things it does, but happy with it so far.
Summary: I got this phone for my wifes Grandma who is 98. I ended up putting in a Tmobile pay as you go chip and it worked fine. This phone takes a normal sized SIM, Not the tiny kind most new phones take. The interface is very simple but that is the point.
Great product for grandparents (TALK, TEXT, FM) in the continent of North America only.

Summary: I bought this phone for my grandma, and she loves the large characters. Well, lets face it, she only need it to TALK, once in a while TEXT, and she loves the fact that she can listen to her favorite FM or AM Radio channels. However, I bought this item in the U.S.
Summary: I loved it, thought it was a great phone, however it was a gift for my 82 year old father and he couldn't hear on it, perhaps it wasn't the phone, know what I'm sayin". Returns was super easy.
Summary: I bought this for my mother who is in a nursing home and had problems manipulating her clam shell phone. It's big numbers and the auto dial buttons are a plus as is the panic button on the back. It isn't necessarily intuitive in all it's functions.
Summary: I purchased this phone as a present for my elderly father who can not hear well on a standard cellular telephone. It works GREAT. Not only can he hear it ring, hear the person on the other end, but you hear him clearer than you hear someone talking on a standard cell phone!
