Summary: I sent this phone to my mom in the Philippines, thinking its a great idea for her to have this phone since she is 70 years old. The idea of this phone is great but how I will it will work as advertised. What a shame.
Summary: Bought it, as many others, for my mom, but can't get it working. It turns on, but I think it is not an unlocked phone. You insert the SIM card, but it does not make nor receive calls. NOT recommend.
Summary: This phone is just a scam. I bought one for my old dad and took it to him and trued to use it by putting the SIM in it. After several tries it does not connect to my AT&T network. I have changed the SIM to another SIM and it connected. The volume is very low and cannot be increased. The sounds are primitive and very irritating. The emergency response system is non existent and bogus claim. The phone does not come with a warranty. You will be sorry to buy this phone.
Summary: Do not buy this phone. It stopped working after two months, it is cheaply made, and it is NOT simple for an elderly person to use. I wish I could return it for a full refund but I cannot. Waste of money.
The SOS button on the back is way too easy to bump.

Summary: The emergency SOS button on the back is way too easy to push. I got this for my Mom after she had taken a fall. Hoping she could use this to contact the family. The day after I got it, she accidentally bumped it and freaked us all out over nothing. Then it started having electrical issues and the buttons on the front randomly dont work.
Summary: I bought this phone for my Mother. Big mistake, it is to hard to get around to her address book, can't get to the voice mail to get her message. The only thing that does work well, it rings loud. I am going to have to buy her a different kind of Senior cell phone.
Summary: Purchased this phone for my aging mom who thinks that cell phones were invented to mock her. She needs incredible simplicity in a cell phone with zero distracting features. Phone appeared to meet simplicity requirements but couldn't get acceptable activation. Tried Red Pocket but had poor or no reception despite excellent service rating in the company's zip code service guide. Cancelled service within a few days. No refund for activation fee or unused minutes.
