Too easy to accidentally push buttons when picking up and power port too small.

Summary: Not sure why everyone loves this phone. I purchased it for my elderly grandmother to use in case of emergencies. The buttons are so sensitive you hit them accidentally every time you pick up the phone and this confused her as she didn't understand why it kept beeping and certain options were turned on or off when she would pick it up. The phone looks big in the picture, but actually the buttons are very large for the phone size but it is too small.
Summary: I bought this for my grandmother and the phone had real contacts stored in it already when we turned it on even though it appears and sold as new. My grandmother still kept it because she wanted it, but I thought that was a bit odd and felt like I should have been charged less if it wasn't actually a new phone.
Summary: Ordered this for an aging parent, was easily able to connect it to my phone service and it has proven very simple to use so it is exactly what I had hoped for. White makes itieasy to locate in a handbag, big numbers, bright screen. Perfect.
Summary: 4/8/2014 Update .... This phone is NOT SUITED FOR THE SIGHT IMPARED. If this phone was designed for the elderly, why would they put the smallest charging jack possible on the bottom of this phone? If the person using this phone has good eyesight it may be a good phone, but for the sight impared, it's just as difficult to operate as any cellphone. I was searching for an easy to use phone for my Mom who has macular degeneration and is legally blind.
Great product for grandparents (TALK, TEXT, FM) in the continent of North America only.

Summary: I bought this phone for my grandma, and she loves the large characters. Well, lets face it, she only need it to TALK, once in a while TEXT, and she loves the fact that she can listen to her favorite FM or AM Radio channels. However, I bought this item in the U.S. and ship it to Africa to learn that this phone is not UNLOCKED for international carriers. Yes, the phone works fine among the US carriers providers but not in Africa. Just a caveat to international buyers.
