Summary: Very good value for the money. It's a shame it hasn't got the OS Android 4 !!! Easy to set up, already unlocked and it was delivered quicker than said. I bought it to replace a Samsung Galaxy Note N700 due being too big and the Huawei U8860 Honor is up for the challenge.
Summary: OK first off I don't like Smartphones, they are all a compromise one way or the other and more than that I detest the elitest drivel that is spoken about them. I have to use one and as such this 'phone is pretty slick, the screens are smooth and it all works great. I have moved to this from an HTC One Desire costing much more but delivering much less IMHO. Couldn't live with the HTC and after 7 months use it had to go.
Summary: The price 19,990 is too high for this brand. At this price the other better options are Sony Neo V, LG Optimus, Samsung galaxy S1. Compared to Samsung. I donno wat huwaei think about themselves, they are yet to establish as a brand in India and they want to compete with high end phones from Samsung, Sony and LG. I agree the phone spec is good and the latest, but its coming from a new brand (atleast in india), where sales after service, support etc are yet to be stablized.
Summary: when this phone was introduced they said that the price will be less than 15k and I was waiting for this to be available in India for the past three months. But 20k for a brand like Huawei is a little too much (according to me any way) but I still love the specs of this phone. I am going to wait some more time to see if the price drops.
Summary: I also brought Huawei Honor and simply amazed by some features, and You all are right folks brand is not popular, but you know i was surprised to know by shopkeeper that this is the same brand behind Tata sky, Tata photon and many other superlative devices. at least i am happy that someone is here who can give tough fight to Samsung as earlier i was using Galaxy S+ priced at 22k and Honor is actually a better product at a lesser price. Kudos Huawei for Honor...
Summary: No, priced accurately for the specs it provides. It doesn't always matter that the company is new or old. Only thing that matters is build quality. Only problem I found is that the chip set is not dual core. Although we always have a better choice. I suggest Huawei Ascend P1s instead of this one. Remember Huawei is new to India but is a well experienced company, and brings competition to the smartphone market. Recommended.
Summary: I like it as it is fast on procesing and covers most of the functions needed for an smartphone, without having to pay for a brand name as Apple/Samsung.. Everything works fine, maybe the radio could be improved but overall a good piece of technology.
Summary: FAST PROCESSOR, APPS FROM TWO SOURCES- Google Play & Hispace, multiple backups of data as well as apps, superb games handling makes it a real phone. ONLY drawback is the performance of camera and voice recorder which is inferior even compared to samsung 5302 at 6.8k
Summary: About Huawei, this is one of the best telecom equipment manufacturers in world, like a user using a website's front end who doesn't know about the back end operations.Huawei is the major contributor for equipment supply to many operators who rolled out with 3G, poor people if the same would have brought out by any other operator(like Tata Docomo, Vodafone,Reliance) people would have liked it more, what one of the reviews above said is true, many people doesn't know that...
Bought this phone after going through many reviews

Summary: I bought my Huawei Honour around 1 month back. For starters dont compare Huawei with brands like Lava or Karbon. It a major company in China which has its presence in many devices(dongles) across the world including India. Its just new in India in handsets segment. This is best phone of Huawei in India. Touch is good(cant compare to Iphone,Galaxy etc). Response time is nice. Camera specially in day is awesome.
