Summary: This phone is an absolute piece of crap. It endlessly freezes, I've reset it 3 times, the browser constantly crashes, it overheats, and always drops calls, additionally the signal for out of state is absolutely terrible.
Summary: I have this phone now and it sucks. It constantly freezes , complains about little storage. And the batteries are NOOOOOOOO good in these phones. I've already had to replace my phone battery and I haven't had the phone a year. I refuse to buy another battery for this raggedly piece of crap.

I have tried factory resetting this thing hundreds of times with no luck. The processor is so slow. I constantly get low space messages when downloading apps.

Summary: I have this phone currently as a emergency replacement..My s2 got crushed by a car..Anyway.. this is the worst phone i have ever owned , and should be pulled from Amazon & the straighttalk line-up..Constantly have to pull the battery 4-5 times just to get the phone to turn on or boot up.
Summary: I bought this phone from Wal-mart sometime mid-year last year, 2012, thinking it was going to be a great phone for the price. I soon found out that this phone has a lot of problems. About 6 months after I had bought it, the phone started to force close and not restart when I power it off.
Summary: bought the net10 model for 30 dollars at target on black Friday it has pissed me off ever since it has died it wont load and it keeps telling me that the keypad program has failed it wont start any more so i am trapped without a phone huawei should go die in a fire as far as I'm concerned.
Summary: I have this product right now as we speak and trust me do not waste your money on this. its really good for about 2 months then after that everything crashes. right now after 8 months of having this its on its last leg.
Afterthought...$45 a month for very little usage, I decides to shelve it for a bit.

Summary: When I paid $45 to have it turned back on, it would not work! After numerous HOURS of trying to get it to work through their help line, it was a lost cause. They said they will send a new phone upon receipt of the broken one, which they did.
Summary: I have had this phone for 1 year (via CRICKET) - purchased summer 2012. It's awful. It has no grit, no real "power". It started defaulting to a different language when texting (predictive text) and it would default to random #'s in the texts.
