DO NOT BUY THIS

iamwrittingareview, htc.com
27 April 2014
  • Excerpt: this is the worst choice in a phone i have ever made. it has almost no battery life, it freezes all of the time, and it will randomly restart itself when it feels like it. if it gets low battery, it will keep restarting until you plug it in, then it continues to restart for fifteen minutes.

Dissappointing

SianBeast, htc.com
21 November 2013
  • Excerpt: I've had this phone little over 3 months and I have already come to hate it. Two days ago I performed a factory reset because I didn't even have enough space to take a simple photo, and already it only has 55.something mb of space, To add insult to injury this morning it still had 1.1gb.

bad quality phone

Clovergirl18, htc.com
15 November 2013
  • Excerpt: this phone is very bad and I don't recommend it to anyone. I got mine 11 months ago for Christmas and after 4 months all the memory was used up and I had no apps or music on the phone. it then started getting worse when it said that I had used all my memory up and I was unable to send texts for 4 weeks until I deleted all my contacts and calander and everything. I would not recommend it to anyone!!

Pretty Horrible

Anonymous, htc.com
17 September 2013
  • Excerpt: I join the others to say that the memory is not enough. When i got the phone, there was less than 1 GB memory left. I am very careful in what apps i put in. when i delete an app, the memory does not seem to increase. I use an SD card or all my stuff, only OS and apps on the phone, and there isnt enough space. In addition, I used the My M1 service to extract my usage info, and this phone would give me only data usage and not phone or sms usage.

  • Excerpt: very confusing phone to use compared to an android. htc is very sloppy build quality and for the past 2 months my phone does not allow me to use the camera/internet or many other basic features. The phone will not even connect to a pc or let me do a reset!! stay away and buy a sony!!
