Summary: This phone is actually HTC 8900 which does not have front neither a rear camera. The description on amazon is not clear enough whether the shown model is 8900 or 8925 as the 8900 model is without a rear camera. I would have given the AT&T Tilt five stars if the description was clear.
Excerpt: Granted this is my first smartphone and my first experience with At&t, but I HATE this phone. I have had it for 18 months now and have had at&t replace it twice for it not working. I still have it because I can't bring myself to pay the huge fee to cancel my contract.
Excerpt: I know, I know it's not fair to say that it isn't finger friendly, but lets face it most people are lazy and don't pull out the stylus unless they absolutely have to. That being, I found the features to the phone excellent.
Excerpt: Everything about this phone was fine. It's support of so many programs...I had to hand enter my phone numbers but that was because I had a SIM fry on me...I can't blame the phone for that. I was afraid of the microsoft apps and OS at first but I ended up liking it.
Excerpt: Yes People this phone is Crap don't buy it ATT needs to know they can't sell this crap. I bought this phone thinking it was the latest and greatest. I previously had the iphone but got bored of it. So I got the tilt. Pros Beautiful looking phone nice color feel. Great keyboard.
Excerpt: This is a big, heavy phone. It is slow and at times it stops responding. The touch screen sensitivity is inconsitent. Did I say it was heavy? Wow, this is the heaviest smartphone I've ever held. Couldn't handle it. Took 7 steps to get to an instant message. Wake up Microsoft.
Excerpt: Bought the phone primarily for email & internet acess, in addition I need an "international" device. PROS internet is fast, large keyboard, lots of nice ringtones. CONS Had a problem setting up the push service, the feature that makes the screen change from vertical to horizontal stopped working...
Excerpt: I have an HTC 8525 which I accidentally dropped so the screen is now busted. I was really looking forward to upgrading to 8925, as that would justify the expense of getting a new phone. Well, I got mine in the mail yesterday and I must say I am very disappointed.
