Question: Somebody know something about "red screem"?

A few days I have been having problems with my HTC P3450. Is frozen and can not restart. I have to remove the battery and then try to turn it on, sometimes working sometimes not. When work and it is starting again freezes and turns off. After that no response and I have to remove the battery again. Sometimes when I turn on, there is a red screen that says "smart mobility" and does nothing more or respond to any command. Other times if it starts and runs until suddenly turns off and I can not turn on until remove the battery and put it again. Someone can have this idea that going? I thought that was wrong with the software but I could not reset. Someone can help me?

    If possible, back up all your Personal Information and do a hard reset. That will put it back to the factory original settings. Reinstall your applications one by one to see which one cause the conflict.
