  even i am facing the same problem, and the guy at service center told me that this is a very commen problem with this phone and i will have to get the software updated and it will cost me around rs. 450. another thing is that the touch pannel of my phone has also stoped working and even this is also a problem which you will be facing after using your phone for 1 year oe so...........
