Summary: I purchased the product as my intro to the smartphone, and because it's wi-fi. It is not user friendly, and difficult to navigate. However, I have gotten used to it's difficulty. I have to charge it everyday, despite low usage and turning off the gps and wi-fi. No, I will not recommend this product to anyone.
Summary: I bought this phone by mistake, the only thing I like from this phone is the sliding keyboard and its looking, i dislike the rest, its slowness, its applications, everything else. Is a very old product and can not be compared to the new generation of smartphones.
Summary: This phone has the worst sound quality ever, i can barely hear the person I am talking to even after turning the volume all the way up. Freezes up constanly and have to turn if off to get to work again. The keyboard is wonderful since for those who love texting; but i do not recomend this phone.
Summary: I tried buying a phone. What they have in stock and what they claim to offer to sell are two different things. Look at a response I got after I received the incorrect color phone. "I do apologize for the inconvenience, and I understand your frustration. However, this is the only phone we have in stock therefore we are unable to ship out a different one to you" - which means I am stuck with something I don't like. Why in the first place they have to ship the wrong one?
Excerpt: Pro's: Big screen, Tilt feature, Loud speaker, stylest slot and feature, big keys, zoom Con's: Not enough Memory, O.S. Problems, Lock ups, bloat ware, camera focus time, on-screen keyboard(personaly) From personal use This phone is great for a day and a half, then its slow by the third day the screen doesn't even want to turn on when u tell it to...by that time the only way to fix it is a master rest Honestly its the win.
Summary: This is my first smart phone. I am so thrilled when the parcel is delivered. Sadly, my excitement is quickly dampened after realizing (though indicated to be in the box) that the SIM card is missing which perforce a trip to a T Mobile Store for its activation. I find the HTC T7373 Touch Pro to be relatively weighty mainly due addition of the qwerty key pad. It is a neat scheme to put lots of applications on the unit.
Excerpt: I have AT&T as the carrier and I think this phone is better suited for T-Mobile. I live in northern Colorado and it doesn't appear that AT&T has the strongest GSM coverage here. This phone does not support the WCDMA 850 and 1900 bands. It supports WCDMA 1700 which is a T-mobile band. I believe this is the cause for most of the phone issues which are very poor to no wireless coverage at all. Even the WiFi is very slow.
Excerpt: As an owner of this phone and a cellular salesman I have sold this phone as well as used it extensively. The Htc TP2 has much potential that never fully gets realized. Pros: Office Mobile..nuff said Screen display actually looks purrty nice slide out qwerty keyboard is one of the best ive used sound is actually pretty decent also Cons: should have made the touchscreen heat sensitive.
Summary: Exactly the same happened to me. I ordered the silver one and guess what ... I received the BROWN VERSION . This is so disappointed because if I chose this seller was because they supposed to have the SILVER version...I saw the brown one much cheaper with other sellers...so at the end I paid more money and I get the same cheaper version. A mi me paso lo mismo que a estas personas. Yo ordene la version Silver y me enviaron la de color cafe.
