  • Excerpt: TELUS will be launching the HTC Touch Pro2 shortly (another World Edition) and we got our hands on one of these gems! It comes loaded with a 3.6 inch tilting touchscreen, Windows Mobile 6.1, a 3.2 megapixel camera with video, speakerphone, Wi-Fi all put together nicely with a full 5-row QWERTY keyboard. This honestly has it all and the touchscreen is incredibly responsive.

HTC Touch Pro2 Review

31 July 2010
  • Conclusion: Do I like the Touch Pro2? Like crazy! It has all my needs checked – and very well too. The integrated package that delivers a powerful desktop-like web, email and office experience without making me paranoid about battery life has me sold. I think I’ll keep this one over the N900.

Battery Life on the HTC Touch Pro2

mobility.com.ng
26 July 2010
  • Excerpt: Back in May, I published my review of the N900′s battery life . While an awesome device, the N900 has been somewhat crippled by the smaller capacity battery (1320 mAh) that Nokia fitted it with. It is passable, but somewhere along the line, it will get to you. In my extreme test, the N900 shut down after two hours. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to see how well the HTC Touch Pro2 with its 1500 mAh would do. I left home at 6.45a.m.

HTC Touch Pro2

CNET
31 December 2009
  • Summary: With a feature set to match its large size, the HTC Touch Pro2 will be a great device for power and business users once it finally hits North America and adds U.S. 3G support.
  • Pros: The HTC Touch Pro2 features a sharp, spacious touch screen and an easy-to-use full QWERTY keyboard. The Windows Mobile smartphone also includes conference call management tools for business users and offers good call quality. It also has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
  • Cons: The smartphone is heavy and bulky. No U.S. 3G support on this version and it's expensive. Onboard memory is low, and we would have liked an upgraded camera.
