HTC Touch HD is a PDA phone by High-Tech Computer Corporation or known as HTC. It is also known as the HTC T828X or its codename the HTC Blackstone. It is powered with Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional and also features 3.8-inch wide display, TouchFLO 3D user interface, HSDPA internet connectivity, Google Map, 5 megapixel camera and 3.5 mm audio jack.

Features

The Touch HD is built with a 3.8-inch wide, WVGA (480 X 800 pixel) display providing large viewing size. Besides that, it is compatible to the 900/1200 MHz band as well as 850/900/1800/1900 MHz. It is geared with TouchFLO 3D interface that enables the interface to recognize sweeping motions by with either’s user’s fingers or the included stylus. It also offers multiple options of connectivity including Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR, Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11 b/g and HTC ExtUSB allowing user to transfer images, music, videos and data. With Wi-Fi connectivity, user enables to access internet from Hot-Spot and access e-mail, browse internet as well as online chat with friends and family. Bluetooth connectivity lets user to access Bluetooth devices as well as use Bluetooth headset. Moreover, it is capable to capture images with its 5 megapixel camera with auto focus and video calls made via its second camera which is a VGA CMOS Color Camera. The second VGA CMOS camera is intended for video calls. As for its audio function, it comes with a built-in audio jack, microphone, speakers and FM radio. It enables user to choose from multiple formats of ringtone as it supports AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, AMR-NB, AMR-WB, QCP, MP2, WMA, WAV and preinstalled with 40 polyphonic and standard MIDI formats. The battery included is a rechargeable lithium ion polymer battery that enables talk time of up to 420 minutes for the WCDMA network and 480 minutes for GSM, its standby time is up to 680 hours for WCDMA and up to 440 hours for GSM. User can have video call up to 140 minutes in a single charge. The phone lets user to enjoy watching videos as well as listen to music while on-the-go. Not only that, it lets user to tune into to FM radio. In addition, user enables to expand its memory capacity via MicroSD memory card, compatible to SD 2.0. It measures 115 x 62.8 x 12 mm (W x W x D) in dimension and weighs 146.4g with battery.
