Tmobile G3 is a great phone with lots of features!

  • Excerpt: This is a great phone, with great potential!  From games to photos to downloadable apps.  I love being able to surf the web, answer a call, run an app all at the same time!  I also love getting the free app downloads!  One of my favorites is the barcode scanner!  You can scan a barcode at the store and it will do a web search and pull up prices at your local stores and online for that product.  What a great way to comparison shop without running all over town!

HTC Touch Diamond: A Diamond in the Rough

  • Excerpt: The HTC Touch Diamond is Sprint's innovation of a touch screen phone. Although cell phone companies constantly come out with new, phones the Touch Diamond is truly a diamond in the rough. Other than its sense of style, it is great for business-centered people who live the fast life. The Microsoft programs, such as Word and Powerpoint allow work to be done fast and simple. It is a great technologial advancement.

  • Excerpt: Amazing device has almost any features needed for any user, including WiFi, Bluetooth, infrared, touchscreen, voicedail, MS office, etc.. Only problem is that it is somewhat inconvenient to use as a phone, having to rely of the touchscreen and keypad each time to find contacts. Also, this device has the worst cellular reception of any device I have ever seen or used, which could be a pro if you dont want to be found.

Great phone for school, but seems big compared to new generation

  • Excerpt: I loved my MDA when I first got it. I also got a bluetooth roll-up keyboard which allowed me to use it like a laptop to take note in college. With the new generation phones like iPhone it now seems big and it does have occassional problems requiring reboot. Overall it has been a great phone. The slideout keyboard is very easy to use and it stil has great sound. Ready for something smaler, though.

  • Excerpt: I really liked this phone and have written a few reviews for all the HTC phones I have owned and I have owned quite a few so here they are in chronological order HTC Mogul then HTC TP I then HTC Touch Diamond then the HTC Touch Pro II and then EVO.  I went back to the TP II only because it has a larger screen but the Diamond and TP I are great phones but the screen was a bit too small  Other then that is the exact same as the TP II since they all have the sam procesor...

The phone that will answer your needs (minus a keyboard)!

  • Excerpt: As someone that has owned EVERY HTC PPC product since the PPC-6700. As well as the Treo 700w and just about every other PDA that Sprint has carried I feel that I am uniquely qualified to review this device. First of all be aware that a lack of keyboard is something you must be willing to live with. If you can't put up with typing with your thumbs in a small area then DO NOT buy this phone. Now, for the good stuff. First an foremost the phone is visually stunning.

Great handset...

Juke Box Hero, Phone Arena
12 January 2010
  • Excerpt: Been using this handset for a year now.  Pretty much has every feature you could ask for in a handset, except for a lack of a physical keyboard (but having that would have probably taken away from the compact form factor).  The stock Sprint ROM is usable, but could use some improvement.  Unlocked the handset and loaded custom ROMs and settings, now this is way more usable.
  • Pros: Great screen, Wonderful functionality, Nice and compact, Tweakability (if that's a word), Sleek looking handset (in my opinion at least)
  • Cons: Battery life (with stock ROM), No physical keyboard (but I don't think they could fit one and retain the compactness), No micro SD slot, No camera flash

Not Horrible

Nikole, Phone Arena
12 December 2009
  • Excerpt: I got my Diamond about a month ago. No huge issues, battery life is quite a pain but other than that the only other issue that I have is that when I use the WiFi and have the phone on the charger (which, of course, is necessary), it can get really hot and cease charging. The interface is a little slow, but still nice. A decent phone on the outside, the software that people can make for Windows Mobile phones is amazing, and it gets a nice signal in most places.
  • Pros: Interface, WiFi, Virtual keyboard has nice size keys, easy to type with, Internet loads very quickly, Windows Mobile 6.1
  • Cons: Battery life is TERRIBLE, Overheats quickly, Windows Mobile 6.1 (haha)

RUJELEN, Phone Arena

  • Excerpt: All I have to say overall that this is a great phone, the only downfall is that the battery does not last, and there is no memory slot.
  • Pros: Everything
