Excerpt: Had this phone for three months but it was just too slow and the apps were glitchy. Could be the old programs... but I was just tired of waiting around for it to catch up. Web browsing was abysmally slow. The screen was AWESOME at 289 ppi, but it was small an didn't make up for the app problem. The Calendar was okay. The camera was slow and useless, as was the video. I LOVE Windows professional layouts and organization, but my e-mail wouldn't sync up properly.
Pros: Fantastic screen resolution !!!, Great qwerty touch pad, Great Windows organization and layout
Cons: Poor build quality, Abysmal Internet browsing, Horrible video and camera, Very slow OS, Glitchy apps, mediocre battery life
Excerpt: It would have been the perfect phone for me if the form remained that of the Touch. All these new nice features with the form of the Touch, it'll almost be a Palm Pre. Too bad they had to change the form factor so drastically. New is not always best. Really too bad.
Summary: This cell has been working slowly and the cam is not good enough. This cell has been working slowly and the cam is not good enough. Excerpt: This phone only did me good for showing it off to friends. It's pretty, and does neat things.A bit quicker than the HTC touch, but that won't last as it too gets sluggish after a couple of weeks, if you can tell through the fingerprints.A bit more durable than the HTC touch, but still probably a gonner if you drop it.
Pros: FLASHY (but that seems the best aspect of this phone), A nice camera, A half-step up in class from the HTC touch.
Cons: Not the fastest, and after a few weeks, slow as heck., No very durable. A drop and it's probably a gonner.
Excerpt: the worst phone i have ever had. i would prefer my old samsung hue over the diamond. it freezes 5 times a day on average, it is slow (like an old computer with low memory), and the stylus is almost necessary because the screen is so small. on top of that, when i go into the alltel store to get it looked at, they say its broken, make me pay $100 for a new one, and the process starts over again.
Excerpt: The phone is very nice. It does everything...which is why I am returning it and just sticking with my Katana that I have had for over 2 years. PROS: Phone is compact and has all the features of a true SmartPhone. Call quality is superior CONS: For me, it's just simply too much phone. I am surprised because I am a tech gadget but the phone is just too much. Too many redundant features. Text messaging is very difficult to navigate.
Summary: I purchased this phone back in 2009 as a replacement for my Nokia N95 and I was very pleased at the start. The size of the phone was just the right fit for my hand. It was easy to use and I loved the style and layout of the phone. Back then there wasn't so many apps to download and mess around with. It was more of a business phone and I really only used it for to get my emails on.
Summary: The service was fantastic, but I have to be honest and say I don't like the phone no matter how hard I try I can't get email or internet so not really much use to me but that isn't the fault of the supplier just a more make of phone
