Excerpt: The T-Mobile Dash is probably the worst PDA one will ever get. The software sucks, it takes FOREVER to start, it cuts off, and don't get me started on T-Mobile. If you have problems with the phone, they will try to send you another, and when that one doesn't work, they will try to send you ANOTHER one. Dont waste your time/money.
Excerpt: I'm on my second Dash in 6 months. T-Mobile kindly replaced the first one and now I'm having the exact same problems again! My phone freezes up and the only way to shut down is to remove battery and power back up, the alarm clock goes off randomly whenever it wants (at work!), on half of my calls people cannot hear me speaking, etc., etc., etc...need I say more?
Excerpt: I had this phone less than two weeks, sound is very low, calls were always dropping and I had to keep calling t-mobil to check into the problem. Constantly pops on and stalls all the time, you have to remove the cover off the back and pull the battery up so the phone can work. they keys are very small for texing. I wouldnt recomment this phone to anyone and if I knew better the first time I would have not purchase it.
