same as other blackberry phone except pricey for limited feature

Excerpt: i find the phone similar to any other blackberry phone. however, its price is not worth it as if you wanted to use internet provider you have to pay double compared to pearl blackberry or iphones. In which for me is not a good thing if you are the internet person.
Excerpt: The Tmobile Dash has too many problems. I've had this phone for over a year and I've been so frustrated with it. The phone constantly freezes resulting in me taking the battery out and restarting the phone. This happens at least once a week. If the phone doesn't freeze then something else goes wrong...such as the camera not working, and again, having to take the battery out. The volume touch strip works when it wants to.
akward shape for talking but easy software and easy to type

Excerpt: i just got it so i dont know how long it lasts in the long run but i like that it has all the letters so it makes typing easier for text messages and for putting in appointments ( thats what i like abt it best that i can use it as a palm pilot) it has a good speaker (i dont hear well so this is a big deal for me) and its slim so u can fit it into ur pocket but make sure u lock the keyboard!
Excerpt: The WiFi and Bluetooth capability are great. I use it all the time. Don't need a data plan to connect to WiFi Hotspots. Sync-ing with Outlook is a breeze. I have ripped my own ringtones and put them on the device. Camera is pretty good quality for a phone. Battery life is better than average, but it is still wise to have a back-up on hand. For $20 you can get a cradle and extra battery.
It's a great Smart Phone if you could use it on another network

Excerpt: I owned a Dash for about six months, loved the smart phone; hated T-Mobile though! After five years with T-Mobile I dumped them for over billing issues. I have since moved onto Verizon and love them! I traveled the Globe with my Dash and never an issue, if you can put up with T-Mobile then the Dash is the way to go!
Excerpt: T Mobile Dash is a good phone as is, but gets better with all that applications you can load. Not impressed with the media player, couldn't get ANY files to play. So installed TCPMP and that problem is solved. Great playback and sound. There are a few games installed one being extremly addictive - Bubble Breaker. But you always need variety so I suggest PocketNesterPlus, very good Nintendo emulator.
Excerpt: The T-Mobile Dash is a wonderful devise. It compares nicely with other smartphones, but also has built in WiFi which is wonderful. Personally I don't want to pay the extra $30 a month for the data access plan when I have WiFi at the office and at home which means I can check my e-mail almost anytime. Then with all the hotspots across town I am able to check my e-mail and surf the web all that I want...and then some.
Excerpt: The T-Mobile Dash is probably the worst PDA one will ever get. The software sucks, it takes FOREVER to start, it cuts off, and don't get me started on T-Mobile. If you have problems with the phone, they will try to send you another, and when that one doesn't work, they will try to send you ANOTHER one. Dont waste your time/money.
Excerpt: Works very well, smooth integration of all features, including the multiple wireless connections. I am on my second one as the first one suddenly lost sound quality. T-mobile replced it with no hassles. The upgraded volume control (Windows Mobile 6) is much better than the original. The only problems are - I wish it was just a ittle faster and I can't figure out how to do individual ringtones, if that's possible. Best, smartest smartphone I have ever owned.
