  • Cons: too many glitches! even after factory reset Phone constantly reboots, battery life is horrible!had to buy 3 spares to carry around or it will die before you get home. Support is horrible also. HTC does not even list the surround on the help website!

A solid Windows phone experience

SidLiy, Phone Arena
15 September 2011
  • Excerpt: The metal midsection, face plate, kickstand & the surround speakers adds a significant weight to the phone, but it looks good & feels solid in hand, the hardware specs are sufficient for a smooth & snappy Windows phone experience.

Windows Phone: Not The Best. Not The Worst.

AaronPierce, Phone Arena
19 July 2011
  • Excerpt: Had this phone for about 4 months. When I heard Windows was releasing a phone I thought the capibilities were going to be vast, but sadly they were not. • Pros: Great speakers, Kickstand for watching videos., Nicely built design
  • Cons: Drops calls frequently, Battery runs out fast., Laggy texting., Apps are very limited, No customiziation

"A great phone with one huge problem."

struckblind, CNET
1 June 2011
  • Pros: Beautiful, accessible, well organized, performs well, decent battery life, great sound and display, wonderful apps, Zune is terrific and it syncs well with my computer.
  • Cons: No multitasking, not particularly customizable, the switch from vertical to horizontal view is a little wonky at times, and, alas, the internal storage card set up is just awful.
