Summary: "I was desperate to purchase HTC Smart, my experience is this handset is useless for professionals. Search of Contacts is messy, low volume in radio, camera resolution is very poor and finally screen response is that that effective as other HTC phones.
Summary: "had this phone for a cou[ple of months now great at messaging and calls unless u push the end button a bit hard will just lock the phone found it really slow connecting to the web and very slow to read messages and do any thing maybe its just my phone an need to delete a few bits off it?????
Excerpt: i was utterly disappointed by HTC smart. HTC thinks people are gullible and will buy a dumb phone just by naming it smart and a crippled sense UI. Cons:- 1.No call Management( incoming call reject, ringer mute, etc) 2. SINGLE ringtone for all contacts 3. Superdumb useless BrewMP OS 4. screen is not adequately sensitive for any touch UI 5.Cant play most video formats, also vid quality is poor 6. average call sound quality 7. No recording in FM 8 NO Voice recording 9.
Summary: I bought the black version for Christmas 2010 to treat myself after my trusty Sagem MY411x decided to stop working after years of use and abuse. When I recieved the phone, setup was pretty simple as far as the phone itself goes, but if I remember correctly O2 was a bit fussy with getting the number set up properly. However, I finally got the phone working and it's features kept me amused for the day.
Summary: Well from what i have seen from all sort of websites, this phone is not good to have if u want it for text and stuff, ! :( i wouldnt call this a smart phone from what i have seen i still want it very badly, but i am not sure to get it anymore :'(
Summary: I have owned this phone for 1 month. If you use the features like weather and friend stream (facebook/Twitter) it eats up the battery and I'm only getting 12/18 hours before its dead. The phone is very slow when accessing text messages once you have 10+ messages in the inbox. I was having to delete all my messages to speed it up. Phone is now sold and i'm looking for a replacement.
