Pros: It looks beautiful--the color is wonderful as is the camera.
Cons: The battery life is awful. Don't plan for any standby time--every night you have to plug this device in. The answer to getting an improved time is cut off half the apps an do manual synchs. If you synch the calendar with outlook and google, you get dupl

Summary: I ordered this phone to replace my previous one of the same model. i was really excited because I loved my previous phone so i knew all of its capabilities. When this phone came i was shocked to find that it was unable to access the mobile internet and I was only able to use wifi. Three weeks later the phone has now started loosing signal mid phone calls and so i can no longer have more than a two minute phone call without it cutting out.
Summary: I bought this phone for my wife almost a year ago. For most of that time it has been pretty good, then recently HTC updated to Android 4.0 and Skype updated to [something]. Now Skype simply doesn't function on the phone. It will take 5 minutes to open then immediately crash. It doesn't work. Everyone uses their phone in different ways.
