Terrible product

Stephanie Robinson, Amazon
6 October 2013
  • Summary: I ordered this phone to replace my previous one of the same model. i was really excited because I loved my previous phone so i knew all of its capabilities. When this phone came i was shocked to find that it was unable to access the mobile internet and I was only able to use wifi. Three weeks later the phone has now started loosing signal mid phone calls and so i can no longer have more than a two minute phone call without it cutting out.

Mr. Bruce MACDONALD, Amazon

  • Summary: I bought this phone for my wife almost a year ago. For most of that time it has been pretty good, then recently HTC updated to Android 4.0 and Skype updated to [something]. Now Skype simply doesn't function on the phone. It will take 5 minutes to open then immediately crash. It doesn't work. Everyone uses their phone in different ways.
