Summary: says what is says on the tin no problums had it nealy a week got rhe update to the ice cream thing no problum vertualy as i turned it on , takes about hour and half ish to charge batrey life deppends on what apps you use and there is at least 30 things running in the back ground just to make the phone tick over in normal mode more apps you have vertual evrey one you download runs in the background bit you can turn them off in (end running) of each app youve downloaded...
Summary: It is a nice phone and it has every thing you want. Since I got the phone it has been a hassel I have taken it back twice when error pages come up and it keeps breaking down. It has not worked properly from day one. I find myself getting frustrated when I constantly have to take the battery out for various reasons; to reset it, to cancel a call, get it to unlock etc etc. It also freezes when people call so you can't answer or see who is calling.
Pros: good size screen and phone when it works. it has every thing you want from a phone and it is easy to use.
Cons: it is riddled with problems i regreted getting it after a couple of days
Summary: This review needs updating as the Sensation XE now has Android 4 (ICS)/ Sense 3.6 (for most networks). As that is one of the two negative points in the 'Good/ Bad' section (and I think that the weight is 'reassuringly expensive'), please revisit the relevant section(s) so that potential buyers see that there is an alternative to the HTC One S/ Samsung Galaxy S2.
Simply Brilliant...........Until the battery goes!!

Excerpt: "...say goodbye to my beloved HTC Desire which I now use as a backup. With new phones coming out every week I had to do extensive research as to what I wanted. Although the Blackberry phones where looking good I still was not convinced as numerous friends of mine were still having problems with them. So Blackberry again was out of the running. The next choice for me was the iPhone. With the deal I had from T-Mobile ...
Summary: Have had this for a month or so now and I love it. There is really nothing apart from stock battery I don't like. I always seem to get bored quite quickly with phone operating systems and this was no exception! However, there are countless out there for this phone by many different chefs as long as you have a bit of tech know how and don't mind rooting your phone! Possibilities are really endless.
Pros: its the new leo in terms of cooked roms and complete customisation
Cons: original battery could be better but 3rd party ones are available that do the trick (anker 1900 mAh)
Summary: I've had this phone for just over 4 months now and am very pleased with it. I had an android phone previous to this one and so am familiar with the way it works. I do find that android is the best system. The phone is light, has a great design and most of all performs really well. The pros: - great design - ease of use with clearly organised menus - excellent sensitivity of the screen - lots of apps available from the android app store - has a very good camera and video...
Great phone - its like discovering the joys of Android all over again

Summary: Prior to this phone I had the HTC Desire, what could probably be referred to as a 1st generation android device. In a mere 18 months the phone went from being a game changer to a slow, unresponsive and fiddly phone. The crazy thing is the Desire is a decent phone but the rate of change in the world of mobiles phones is amongst the fastest of any device so it doesn't take long to be completely left behind. Enter the Sensation XE with Beats Audio.
Summary: I swore two years ago that Blackberry was the way to go and would never invest in a touch-screen smart phone after my gf had nothing but bother with a few of her previous ones. It seemed to have everything I wanted as a phone...thats right...seemed to...Now, I must be humble and eat my words - the HTC Sensation XE is (no pun intended) sensational. A super, crystal-clear picture, a great operating system and just a great build quality about it.
Summary: Had the phone a few weeks now and love it. The phone feels sturdy and gets excellent reception, the screen is large and clear despite not being super amoled, it is also very responsive and makes the phone easy to use. I get reasonable battery life having to charge it nightly, but I do use it for a lot of web browsing and games so feel this is acceptable. The phone is quick for almost all tasks and I have had no problems with lagging applications.
