Summary: I love it, it is what was expected, except the one i bought tends to crash ever so often and this is within the first few days i got it. I say the one "I got" because a friend also purchased one at a store a few months ago and it has crashed only once. It isn't a Blackberry crash where u have to switch off the phone and pull out the battery, but rather the app doesnt open and they ask you to try later and if you would like - send a report to HTC.
Summary: There are so many issues about this phone, too many to list. Also some of the issues could be due to T-Mobile's terrible coverage. I now (since yesterday) have the Galaxy S4 with AT&T and can actually make calls and get online (consistently) for the first time in 10 months. It is like night and day. I am so glad the 2 year contract with T-Mobile is finally over.
Summary: I've got fake HTC, that very differ from original and it even didn't boot up (screen didn't work). But this concerns to seller not to product themselves, as long I used original HTC Sens before and it's good.
Great phone for the price but may have design defect. Too risky to buy

Summary: This is a pretty decent phone. I bought two, and at first it was working really well. But after a week, one of the phone's screen suddenly stopped working. No cracks, drops, or water damage to the phone. Looked it up online and found out it was a common problem with the phone due to bad designing. Had to return it and didn't want to bother getting another one because it might have the same problem again. The other one works fine, so far (4 weeks in).
