Excerpt: I'm not a high-maintenance phone user and this device still managed to fall well short of my already low expectations. I truly can't believe it gets positive reviews. First, unless you have the finger size of a 9 year old girl the buttons are impossible to use.
Excerpt: I bought this phone because I was under the impression it was a decent phone. Now don't get me wrong heres the pros of this phone. PRO's -Slide out QWERTY keyboard. -Use of your own ringers and themes. -amazing paperweight heh CON's -freezes constantly -sometimes dont ever receive calls.
Excerpt: This is a pretty decent phone. The keyboard is nice to have. Could have been better without the small round pop up type pads but, hey, it's better than an on-screen keyboard to me. Slider and landscape feature are nice. Pretty easy to navigate and I appreciate the revision A they upgraded it to.
Pros: Keyboard, Ease of Use, RevA, Freeze Ups are infrequent
Cons: Limited amount of email accounts, Battery Life
Excerpt: Pros- Nice screen Small size full slide out keyboard fits nicely in the hand Nice Camera Decent video camera(for a phone) CONS - 1. Battery life barely lasts 10hrs 2. You need to dislocate your thumb to press the end key if you dont have the keyboard slid out. 3.
Excerpt: I previously owned the MotoQ, which I loved, but accidently drowned. Did you know cell phones don't swim?? Who knew! Anyway, this phone was a "free" upgrade for me. I have had no problems with it.
Pros: Great size, style. Great sound, reception. All-over a great buy!
Excerpt: I waited 6mo for this phone to hit the market and was the first to buy one at the verizon store near my home. Its the worse phone I've ever owned. While it has some features I really like... It fails bc the phone locks up almost every day. If its not the Qwery keyboard its the whole phone.
Excerpt: I purchased this phone about two months ago because i didnt have a computer and was longing for some internet access. That made the fact the manual only came on disc a bit annoying to start with. then it started freezing up on me and shutting off by itself all the time.
Excerpt: I had the phone for about three months and the problem I kept running into is that the phone actutally came apart. The only thing connecting the keyboard with the rest of the phone was a ribbon. I had someone I know fix the phone by taking it apart. It happened 2 more times after that.
Excerpt: Pros: I love the keyboard and the PDA capabilities. Also, we found a way to get MS Word onto the phone so that i can make documents and not just review them. That's fun. I've only owned for 3 days, which brings me to my negatives... Cons: My battery is dead for the fourth time and three days.
