Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. Trust me it isn't worth it. The battery drains like crazy, it's so incredibly slow, and it tells you that you don't have enough storage on your phone for more apps but there is still 14 GB left. It's cheap and pretty and so not worth it.
Summary: I dislike just about everything about this phone. It worked fine for the first few weeks, now it glitches all the time. Slow reaction time when I hit buttons and I'm pretty sure the touchscreen is losing it's sensitivity.
Summary: I have only been using the phone for about fourth months. And I can't make phone calls or view my apps. When I try to call out it doesn't register it until about 30-45 minutes later. It's the worse phone I have ever had. Yet after 4 months of use and the phone has stopped functioning correctly. It started resetting it's self randomly once or twice a day for about a week, but now it resets it's self more than it stays on and at this point it is unusable.

Summary: Had it before a weeek before it broke. Froze up on me and I powered the phone off...it never powered back on. Called Verizon and they told me to hold the power button and volume down key for 10-20 seconds. Still didn't work. The phone doesn't have a removable battery which I hate...didn't realize this when I bought it. Thought it would be an okay in between phone to last me a year before my upgrade. It didn't even last me a week!
Summary: Received the phone on the 9th. Worked fine, had trouble opening the part to charge the phone. Tonight completely lost it. The piece inside needed to charge phone is gone, and now my phone will not charge, even on the speaker. Very upset. Spent $150.00 for a refurbished phone, was not expecting for it to stop working 2 days later! Heated. Will be sending the phone back.
Summary: I got this phone when I started my contract with Verizon a little over a year ago. It's always had a protective case and a screen protector on it as I am a little OCD about my electronics. I've never dropped it on concrete, tile, in water or any other hard or damaging surfaces to cause it any harm - it's still in "like new" condition as far as looks.
