Summary: When I first got my rezound I loved it and I am sure I would still love it if there weren't so many issues. I had two rezounds on my plan and both of them have had to be replaced less than a year later. One of them has been replaced twice and will probably be replacing it again. The glass has been loose in the last two refurbs but the first just died and never came back. I wouldnt get another one if I could help it.
Excerpt: Overall, the phone is an average smart phone. It does what you would expect it to. I am most disappointed when using any type of Bluetooth device with it. I can hear the caller fine, but the caller can not hear me well at all. I have tried different Bluetooths that work fine on other phones, but will not work well with the Rezound. This is my 2nd Rezound and both had the same problem.
Summary: When I first got this phone it was fantastic but I had so much problems with it from my battery heating up to the software not running correctly , so now I'm on my 3rd phone ... yes people my 3rd. but I cant wait to upgrade to a new phone but if your willing to get this phone it runs smoothly on Ice Cream Sandwich and the sound it amazing.
Summary: This phone has the potential to be amazing but, instead, is mediocre at best. The battery life is abysmal. I have witnessed the phone going from a complete charge to automatically shutting off in under 4 hours. This phone is primarily used for business so no watching movies or playing games just voice and data and routinely is on the charger twice daily. The screen is bright and crisp but undoubtedly contributes to the battery drain.
Summary: I would love this phone if it had a better battery life. I use my phone so much, and the 4g absolutely drains the battery. Surprisingly though the screen is the biggest downside. Even though it may be crisp, it kills the battery. It also is a fairly fat phone, way too fat.
Summary: This phone is great but I did the software update and it messed up a lot of stuff. I lost my pics and vids and my screen lock can only be numbers or letters now, the pattern and other options are dimmed (can't be used). This phone is a really good phone except for the battery life which needs a drastic improvement and the phone should not lose memory from a software update that pops up on the screen a bunch.
Summary: I just purchased my phone 3 days ago and already it has been giving me problems. It would only turn on for 5-6 seconds then turn off. I was in the middle of an emergency and could not get the phone to woke after hours of working on it. The battery drains really bad also. I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone!
Summary: Keeps freezing up on me, I randomly have to force close out of an app. The WORST part is that it keeps deleting my pictures and I have to CONSTANTLY restart my phone. It's not what I thought it was. Not looking forward to the next 18 months.
Summary: Love the phone. Bugs starting to be annoying. Android Ice cream sandwich has been out since January. Still running ginger bread. This will unfortunately be my last HTC phone. Unless this delay habbit changes. My next phone will be a nexus. If anyone wants to have the latest and greatest. Nexus always gets new software version. Thank you so much htc and Verizon for your concern in updating your customers phones.
