Summary: Even though this was an unused phone, I'm already having problems with it. Things like the keyboard not working from time to time. I will get vibration/feedback, but no text appears on the screen. My old phone (Motorola Droid 3) did the same thing and was one of the biggest reasons for my getting a different phone, so it is quite annoying. I have had the phone less than a month and it is already beginning to get sluggish.
Excerpt: For the first year I had this phone, it was amazing. The music player, coupled with the Dre headphones was incredible, (No pun intended), it was Super fast, call quality was excellent, and data connection was great. My only complaint was the battery life, which was so bad, I couldn't believe they released a device, that unusable. Even with the expanded battery, I charged it every night, barely getting through the day. After that year however, it really started to lag.
Pros: Music player, Nice display, Speaker Phone Quality, Ear phone quality, Dr. Dre Headphones
Cons: Bogged After 12 Months, Missed calls, not ringing, Battery life, Picture quality, Rarely got 4G, Stopped receiving Texts
Summary: Pros: - It's an Android - Sharp LCD screen - HTC product - Decent Camera (rear AND front facing) - Great price and NO CONTRACT Cons: - It's an Android - Battery life is sub par (consider ordering additional battery or battery-charging case). - I did not receive any headphones with it (picture is misleading). No big deal. - It WILL NOT install/run Google Play Services app, which nearly all apps in GooglePlay store require to use. i.e. Groupon.
Phone works fine but it won't update to the Icecream platform software, so that kinda sucks!
5 November 2013
Summary: The phone came in decent conditon and works fine. Except it will not update to the iceream platform when I check for new software updates. If your looking for affordable working phones this is your place. If your looking for a phone that performs down to the T well that's up for debate.
Excerpt: I was so excited when I bought this phone. I thought this was going to be the best phone ever. Boy was I wrong! Even though it had a dual core 1.5GHz processor, it was very slow and laggy. I couldn't even scroll through my homescreen without some kind of ui lag. Third party launchers didn't do anything to help with that either. The battery life was horrible. I would charge it when I went to bed, then I would unplug it to go to work.
Pros: Beautiful Screen
Cons: Processor is horrible, UI Laggy, Browsing experience is choppy, Terrible Battery Life, Very Heavy And Bulky
Summary: Phone works great -while it works. Worst battery life of any phone I have ever owned. Max life on extended battery was 4 hours sitting idle. Verizon just replaced my original due to overheating --after first saying it was overclocked because the FACTORY SETTING for optimal performance was selected (I pointed out that "overclocking" might be a cute buzzword but it doesn't apply to a factory setting selected from a standard menu!
Pros: The audio quality is great and performance is great.
Cons: Battery life is AWFUL! Overheating. Screen freezing. OS failures.
